PARAMOUNT PICTURES MULTIMEDIA SPEAKERS WITH acoustivision/SRS 3D SOUND TO
SHIP

Enhanced Products which Add Sonic Dimension to Multimedia Sound, Video
Games and Personal Audio to Begin Shipping August 24th

June 20, 1995 -- (PC EXPO, NEW YORK) -- HTP International, under its
Paramount Pictures license for select audio/video products and an
agreement with SRS Labs, Inc., will begin shipping three powerful new
acoustivision multimedia speakers incorporating the acclaimed SRS 3D sound
technology, on August 24, 1995. HTP is the exclusive worldwide licensee of
selected audio/video products for Paramount Pictures.

"HTP's new line of Paramount Pictures multimedia speakers featuring
acoustivision/SRS allow PC users for the first time to experience the
expanded imagery of a high-fidelity, surround sound system using only two
speakers," said Jerry Adamo, president. "This is the real stuff; a
multimedia system you can actually listen to music on with the clarity of
a good home stereo."

The quality of the Paramount Pictures MM-2.5/SRS and MM-3/SRS is high
enough, according to Adamo, that he expects a great many of the systems to
be sold to non-computer users for adding home stereo quality sound to
ordinary TV sets, portable tape and CD players and even electronic
keyboard units. The speakers also add bold emphasis to video games and
corporate video presentations. "There are millions of television owners
who have beautiful picture quality on 27-inch or greater screens, and yet
settle for the sound that comes from tinny three-inch speakers," said
Adamo. "This new line of speakers ends that problem. It provides an
incredible sound stage for watching television at a fraction of the cost
of a traditional home theater system."

The new line carries the following models:

* MM-3/SRS. A three-piece system, the MM 3/SRS ($449.95 for three
speakers), includes a pair of MM-1 two-way satellite speakers and a
powerful, 50-watt subwoofer with 6 1/2-inch dual VC cone. Together, the
trio offers a frequency response ranging from 45 Hz to 18 kHz, with a 4
kHz crossover frequency for the satellites and 150 kHz crossover for the
subwoofer. The system's maximum SPL output is 107 dB. Each satellite
speaker measures 8 1/2 x 5 x 6 3/4 inches, while the subwoofer measures 15
x 8 x 10 1/2 inches. The system is equipped with volume, balance, power
and input/HF level controls on the speaker, as well as an SRS control to
activate or defeat the 3D sound technology at the touch of a button.

* MM-12/SRS. A powered subwoofer, which can be easily combined with a pair
of MM-1 satellite speakers (sold separately for $149.95 per pair) or MM-1T
tower speakers ($329.95 per pair), the MM 12/SRS ($399.95) offers an
outstanding 50-watt subwoofer with 6 1/2-inch dual VC cone. When used with
the MM-1, the system generates a frequency response of 38 Hz to 18 kHz,
with a 4 kHz crossover frequency for the satellites and 150 kHz crossover
for the subwoofer. The system's maximum SPL output is 109 dB. The MM-
12SRS measures 18 x 8 x 14 inches. The MM- 12SRS is equipped with volume,
balance, power and input/HF level controls on the speaker, as well as an
SRS control to activate or defeat the 3D sound technology at the touch of
a button.

All Paramount Pictures Acoustivision multimedia loudspeaker systems perform
with a signal-to-noise ratio of less than 80 dB and are attractively
finished with a black onyx vinyl. The speakers are all thoroughly
video-shielded, so they will work without interference on both PC monitors
and television sets alike. All of the systems come with their own cables
for easy hook-up capabilities. "With the acoustivison Series, users can
significantly, and very easily, upgrade the sound of anything from PC's,
personal audio products and TV's to portable electronic keyboard systems,"
stated Adamo.

SRS (Sound Retrieval System) creates a three-dimensional sound image from
any audio source using only two conventional stereo speakers. Whether the
audio signal is mono, stereo, or surround-sound encoded, SRS expands the
material and immerses the listener in three-dimensional sound. As such,
SRS has no critical listening position (sweet spot), requires no encoding
or decoding and is also compatible with any multi-speaker surround sound
system. SRS 3D sound has been awarded four U.S. patents, 17 foreign
patents and 45 foreign patents pending. SRS Labs, Inc. develops and
licenses unique, cutting-edge sound technologies for use in the consumer
electronics, multimedia, electronic gaming, professional sound and
automotive industries.

HTP International has been a leader in home theater systems since 1990. In
