TECHNOLOGY ADVANCEMENT CORP. ANNOUNCES AUGUST RETAILER TOURS PROMOTING
WINDOWS 95 PRODUCTS

OGDEN, Utah--June 30, 1995--Technology Advancement Corp. (TAC) today
announced it will launch two dedicated product demonstration tours in
August to promote the long-awaited release of Windows 95 operating system
from Microsoft Corp.

TAC plans to visit 1,000 computer product retailers nationwide during each
of its tours. The tours are slated to begin in August to coincide with the
August 24 release of Microsoft's Windows 95 operating system.

According to TAC president and CEO, Alan Hall, a major operating system
upgrade such as Windows 95 demands concentrated training and promotion to
properly prepare promoters and sellers. "A training period is essential
with a major operating system upgrade such as Windows 95," Hall said.
"Windows 95 is a complex operating system with years in the development
stage; our representatives can decrease training periods and accelerate
the learning curve for computer retailers."

In addition, Hall said that TAC is signing on to the tour software and
hardware vendors whose products will be compatible with Windows 95. "We
are taking on Windows 95 applications vendors to promote their products
simultaneously with Windows 95," Hall said. "The program is designed to
allow Windows 95 compatible or native products to capitalize on the
increased store traffic and marketing bonanza tied to the Windows 95
launch."

TAC is charging a $38,000 fee to hardware and software vendors who wish to
promote their products during the eight-week Windows 95 tour. The first
tour will start August 7 and the second tour will begin August 21; each
will run for a period of eight weeks. TAC has committed 30 representatives
to the tours. Training of the representatives will be held July 27 and
August 10 for each of the respective tours. The training will take place
at TAC headquarters in Ogden, Utah.
