The Molloy Group Enhances TOP Of MIND Help Desk With Uniquely Flexible
Management Reporting Module

Parsippany, NJ, April 11, 1995--The Molloy Group, Inc. has substantially
enhanced its TOP Of MIND Help Desk software by adding a uniquely simple
and flexible interface for management reporting and metrics. The Company
has introduced the TOM Report Warehouse, a software module providing
access to a wide range of reports, from many popular Microsoft
Windows-based report generating software packages.

The Company also introduced 85 new standard reports, generated using
Crystal Services' Crystal Reports, a leading report writer for relational
databases. In addition, TMG has debuted a new service offering: The
Company will continuously generate new reports, including reports
suggested by TOP Of MIND users and administrators, and will make the
expanding report library available to users via the Company's electronic
bulletin board service.

"On a help desk, one size never fits all," says Bruce G. Molloy, TMG's
President. "This is especially true when it comes to management reporting.
No two organizations ever want the same set of reports. The TOM Report
Warehouse not only allows users to add their own reports, but they can use
whatever report writer they want--not just the one we've chosen."

Crystal Reports, the standard report writer for TOP Of MIND, is only one of
the compatible packages. If users prefer Borland's ReportSmith, Concentric
Data's R&R Relational Report Writer or PowerSoft's PowerViewer, those
packages are supported, too. The TOM Report Warehouse provides a simple
interface for reports from essentially any package that generates runtime
(executable) reports.

The Report Warehouse allows users to organize their report libraries into
groups of related reports. Adding new reports, or new groups, is extremely
easy. Users can execute reports whenever they want--immediately, or at a
later time. The report can be printed, displayed on the screen, sent to
another individual via e-mail, or stored to a disk file.

In addition, the report data can be exported easily to a broad range of
data formats, including popular spreadsheet, database and word-processing
formats. "If you like the way Microsoft Excel handles graphics, just
export to one of several Excel formats," Mr. Molloy suggests.

Effective metrics are essential to the functioning of a help desk or
customer service operation. But there is no one best way to generate good
reports; nor can any single vendor necessarily anticipate all the metrics
a help desk might need. TMG's new Report Warehouse program allows TOP Of
MIND end users to suggest the reports they would find useful. TMG will
implement the best of these suggestions. The new reports will be posted to
the TMG Technical Support Bulletin Board, and to special resources now
being established through on-line services and Internet.

TOP Of MIND Help Desk for Windows is a fully-integrated customer service
application featuring the unique TOP Of MIND Cognitive Processor for
intelligent problem resolution. LAN Magazine, a leading trade journal in
the computer networking field, recently named TOP Of MIND as its 1995
Product of the Year in the Help Desk category.
