New CoSession for Windows V2.0 from Triton Technologies

Adds Automatic Configuration, Support for 16-Million Colors, and Integrated
NetWare and NetBIOS Support at a Reduced Retail Price of $99

ISELIN, N.J. April 24, 1995 -- For Windows users that need remote control
and remote access capabilities in an integrated, easy-to-use package,
Triton Technologies introduces CoSession for Windows v2.0. This enhanced
version of Triton's highly acclaimed CoSession for Windows v1.0 is a
remote communications program that allows a PC in one location to remotely
operate or access a second PC via modems, serial ports, or network
connections. And CoSession for Windows v2.0 will debut at an unprecedented
retail price of $99.

A key enhancement in CoSession for Windows 2.0 is an improved setup program
that provides unparalleled ease-of-use among remote control software
products. States David Saphier, President of Triton Technologies, "Our
primary design goal for this version of CoSession for Windows was to
incorporate an even more intuitive setup program, one that both novices
and advanced users could value."

That goal has been achieved with a user-friendly program that automatically
configures itself. The intelligent CoSession for Windows v2.0 locates and
sets up the PC's COM port, and detects the presence of a high-speed 16550
communications UART. It then selects a generic modem type (high speed for
9600 bps or greater, generic 2400 bps for less than 9600 bps), and also
picks a suitable baud rate for data transfer. While automatic
configuration is of particular benefit to novice users, more experienced
users will value the fact that it is accomplished without any
modifications made to the display, mouse, or keyboard drivers within their
computer's SYSTEM.INI file.

Because CoSession for Windows v2.0 is compatible with all colors and
graphics resolutions from 16 million colors down to 16 colors, users can
easily mix and match colors and resolutions from host to remote and vice
versa. "With CoSession for Windows v2.0, display compatibility between the
Host PC and the Remote PC is simply not an issue," said David Saphier.
"Transparently to the user, the program instantly adjusts itself to
accommodate any differences in display resolution and color content
between connected computers," he added.

CoSession for Windows v2.0 now incorporates the support for connections
across NetWare and NetBIOS networks that is featured in Triton
Technologies' CoSession LAN II software. This allows v2.0 to support
workstation to workstation connections with an easy-to-use display box
that immediately lists all Host PCs on a Local Area Network that are
waiting for a connection.

Additional enhancements provided in CoSession for Windows v2.0 are:

* Support for multiple simultaneous remote connections can make
concurrent connections to different Host PCs over modems, NetWare,
NetBIOS, or a combination of any protocols.
* Uninstall program easily removes entire program including icons.
* Improved security features: directory access restrictions can now
be set by individual user or on a global basis.
* Load Host from Windows or DOS; user no longer has to exit Windows
and load Host manually. When CoSession for Windows Host icon is
clicked, CoSession can exit Windows, load Host and restart Windows
  automatically.
* DOS setup option enables installation of the Host program from DOS
for those users running only DOS. This is an ideal feature for those
customers that provide end-user support to a mix of users running
both DOS and Windows applications. Customers that use CoSession for
Windows can install the Windows product on either DOS or Windows PCs
without having to purchase separate versions of the Host software.

A CoSession for Windows v2.0 Two PC Package retails for $99, and includes
both Host and Remote software that can be installed on two PCs. Additional
Host or Remote packages are available for $79, and volume and corporate
site license prices can be sourced directly from Triton Technologies.
Upgrades from previous versions of CoSession or competitive packages are
$40 for a Two PC Package, and $25 for a Host or Remote package. For more
