ARTISOFT WINS FOUR INTERNATIONAL AWARDS FOR LANTASTIC NETWORK

(TUCSON, AZ--February 15, 1994)--Artisoft, Inc. announced today that it
recently won four international industry awards for its LANtastic network
operating system v5.0: PC QUEST'S 1993 Product of the Year for Network
Software (India), DOS International's 1994 Editor's Choice for Networking
Systems (Germany), MikroDatorn's 1993 Best Peer-to-Peer Local Area Network
(Sweden) and pclan's Best Buy for Peer-to-Peer Local Area Networks for
December 1993 (United Kingdom).

PC QUEST, an India-based magazine, chose Artisoft's LANtastic/AI network
operating system for Windows as an editor's choice for 1993 Product of the
Year in network software. The system was named a best buy for Windows
users because of its network management utilities and ease of installation
and use.

Another editor's choice award came from the German publication DOS
International. Artisoft's LANtastic network operating system won the 1994
award based on its functionality, Windows integration and ease of use and
installation.

The LANtastic network also was picked by the Sweden-based magazine
MikroDatorn as 1993 Best Peer-to-Peer Local Area Network. The MikroDatorn
review recognized the LANtastic network for good performance, security,
expandability and administration.

In the United Kingdom, pclan magazine named the LANtastic network as Best
Buy for Peer-to-Peer Local Area Networks for December 1993 based on
installation, ease of use, features, performance and diagnostics.

During 1993, Artisoft won 23 national and international awards from
industry publications for its Artisoft software and hardware products.
Thus far in 1994, the LANtastic network has won two national and two
international awards. This brings Artisoft's total number of worldwide
