CYBERDREAMS, INC., TO RELEASE DARK SEED II, IN MACINTOSH AND MS-DOS
VERSIONS

LOS ANGELES -- Cyberdreams, Inc., has begun the development of Dark Seed
II, a sequel to the 1993 SPA Award Winner for Best Fantasy Role
Playing/Adventure Game, Dark Seed.

Dark Seed II is a psychological horror thriller where the verge of reality
crosses ghastly nightmares. You play the character of Mike Dawson who is
recently released from a mental institution following the events in Dark
Seed. Your old high school sweetheart is brutally murdered and you are the
prime suspect. You must transverse between the Normal World and the Dark
World to discover the sinister plan that the biomechanical creatures have
in store for planet Earth. You must stop these diabolical beings or the
world as we know it will cease to exist.

Dark Seed II builds upon the achievement and success of Dark Seed (Winner
of the coveted 1993 Software Publisher's Association Award for Best
Fantasy Role Playing Adventure Program), by involving more fiendish
schemes and plots by aliens from a parallel universe.

In our effort to redefine interactive entertainment, Cyberdreams has
enlisted the talent of Raymond Benson in creating Dark Seed II.

Raymond Benson is a writer, game designer and music composer from Western
Texas. Prior to completing the designs for Dark Seed II, he wrote and
designed the critically notable Return of the Phantom, based on Gaston
Leroux's 1991 Novel entitled "The Phantom of the Opera." Benson was a
major contributor to Ultima VII: Serpent Isle and Ultima VII: The Black
Gate, which received a Software Publisher's Association Award Nomination
for Best Adventure Game of the Year. He is also the recipient of eight
ASCAP Popular Music Awards. Raymond Benson is currently working and
developing a number of story-based interactive products for Viacom New
Media.

Dark Seed II will include more of Swiss Surrealist and Academy Award winner
H.R. Giger's macabre artwork. Giger is world renown for his work on such
feature films as Alien, Alien III and Poltergeist II. H.R. Giger's morbid
paintings symbolizes the psychic landscapes of insanity and tribulation so
prevalent in the Dark Seed series.

Dark Seed II takes advantage of the latest in computer entertainment
technology, featuring more digitized audio and animations, an expanded
story line and an improved puzzle structure.

Cyberdreams was formed in 1990 to create high quality entertainment
software for home computers and dedicated game systems. Cyberdreams has
niched itself by publishing games targeted to a twenty to forty year-old
audience focusing in the genre of serious science fiction.

Each product is designed, scripted and storyboarded by game play experts
and world famous artists, designers and writers from other media such as
H.R. Giger (Alien), Syd Mead (Blade Runner, Tron, 2010) and Harlan Ellison
(The most honored author in the world of imaginative literature) and Gary
Gygax (Creator of Advanced Dungeons & Dragons). The products are then
developed by an expanding number of internal and external programmers and
artists and the final product is distributed worldwide through affiliated
label agreements.
