ADC RELEASES "IMAGEVAULT": A LINE OF ROYALTY-FREE STOCK PHOTO COLLECTIONS
ON CD

TULSA, OK - May 25, 1994 - American Databankers is pleased to announce the
release of ImageVAULT; Volume 1, the first volume in a new line of
royalty-free stock photography collections published on CD-ROM. The series
will be targeted to home and business users needing clip photos for
newsletters, presentations, and pure enjoyment.

Last month, ADC announced the release of ImageVAULT Pro, a high-end,
professional version of the ImageVAULT product line developed for
commercial designers.

Each ImageVAULT volume contains over 350 photos gathered from the
portfolios of nationally renown commercial photographers. The photos have
been selected and edited by Ed Lallo, also a leading commercial
photographer. The company intends to release one ImageVAULT collection
every quarter.

The photos on the ImageVAULT Pro collections are royalty-free and can be
used for any purpose and as often as necessary.

"It is our desire," says American Databankers president Louise Short, "to
provide the highest quality images in a wide variety of formats,
royalty-free, giving the end-user tremendous value."

ImageVAULT Pro was authored in Eastman Kodak's PhotoCD Pro format, using
the leading film company's proprietary development software. Each
photograph is professionally drum-scanned and color corrected and is
available in three different formats ranging from a thumbnail-sized, 2.5
megabyte "Wallet" format to a 5" x 7", 7.5 megabyte "Standard" format.

ImageVAULT is compatible with any Macintosh or IBM PC-compatible personal
computer equipped with a CD-ROM drive. It is also readable with all other
PhotoCD-compatible systems, such as CD-i, 3DO, and Kodak's PhotoCD player.
This makes the series available to the wide assortment of digitized photo
systems used in today's homes and small businesses.

The ImageVAULT collection is equipped with a flexible user-interface that
includes special search and query capabilities. Using ImageVAULT Pro, the
user can:

* View the collection's photos in a familiar contact sheet form.
* Select and display a single photo or a set of photos in a slide
  show format.
* Edit a displayed photo by cropping, resizing, color adjusting,
  and rotating.
* Copy a photo or portion of a photo to the Clipboard as a bitmap
* Export a photo or portion of a photo to DOS or Windows in .BMP,
.EPS, PCX, .RIF, .TIF or .WMF file formats.
* Export a photo or portion of a photo to Macintosh in PICT,
TIFF, TIFF-YCC or EPS image file formats.

Each ImageVAULT collection will carry a suggested retail price of $99.
