UPDATE: E-Teller 1.6

E-Teller version 1.6 has recently been uploaded to ftp.cdrom.com. The
VX-Rexx DLL has not been included in the archive, although a copy has been
uploaded in the incoming directory (called vrobj20a.zip). I'm not sure if
etelr16.zip will be removed because it doesn't contain the required DLL.
If it is, then I'll re-upload it. If all goes well, etelr16.zip should
eventually end up in pub/os2/2_x/miscutil. Where vrobj20a.zip will end up
is anyone's guess. If the DLL does disappear but etelr16.zip doesn't, you
can get the DLL from rexx.uwaterloo.ca in pub/os2/vxrexx.

A brief note for those who have never heard of E-Teller: it's a PM bank
and credit card management utility which is becoming more like the
well-known DOS and Windows personal finance utility everyone owns with
every new version and every new request from users. Give it a try and let
me know what your thoughts are - both good and bad.

What's New/Fixed/Changed in Version 1.6

NEW - Moved ledger to separate window so that multiple accounts
      may be opened simultaneously.
NEW - added checking routine to ET_Month to ensure that et_fixed
isn't processed more than once at the start of a new
calendar month (in case the system is booted twice on the
      first).
NEW - added a routine to ET_Month to ensure that et_fix.dat is
generated for each new month, in case the user doesn't boot
OS/2 on the first of the month.
NEW - Accelerators for the Reconcile and Delete menu items in the
      ledger window.
NEW - User-defined digits (see Setting Digits in help).
NEW - INF-like help (crude, but effective) with
      semi-context-sensitive help.
NEW - Fields in the credit / debit window now change their
background colour whenever a field has the focus.
NEW - User-defined behaviour for the <Enter> key in the
credit / debit window (either selects 'OK' or tabs to
      next field).
NEW - an 'Income tax category' checkbox in the
      credit / debit window.
NEW - E-Teller Report can now create reports of income-tax
      related transactions only.
