DIGITAL VISION ANNOUNCES NEW COMPUTER-TO-TV CONVERTER WITH AUDIO FEATURE
FOR MACINTOSH

June 15, 1994 -- (DEDHAM, MA) Digital Vision, Inc., manufacturer of the
TelevEyes and ComputerEyes families of products, is proud to announce the
release of a new Macintosh-to-TV converter, TelevEyes/Plus. TelevEyes/Plus
is now shipping at a retail price of $449.95.

TelevEyes/Plus converts the output of most popular Macintosh computers to
standard broadcast video, allowing users to give big-screen demonstrations
on TV-type monitors or to record their displays to standard VCRs. With the
builtin audio support, users can plug into its amplified output for
room-filling presentations without shouting, or for adding voice-overs or
music to recorded presentations.

This newest member of the TelevEyes family is positioned between the
high-end TelevEyes/Pro and the low-cost standard TelevEyes, offering
better compatibility and better quality video than the low-end model, but
lacking the features and Genlock/Overlay capabilities of the
TelevEyes/Pro. Physically, it's a portable external module that connects
between the Macintosh's video output and monitor. TelevEyes/Plus supports
all current Macintosh models that are VGA-capable and provides clear,
flicker-free output on both the Macintosh VGA monitor and the TV.
TelevEyes/Plus is compatible with all Macintosh Quadra, Centris, Performa,
LC family, PowerBook 160/180, and Duo (with dock) models. Control software
is provided to allow control of underscan/overscan and output screen size
to the TV monitor.

The audio portion of TelevEyes/Plus includes both microphone and line level
connectors for inputs. The outputs include both a line level and three
watt speaker connector. Speaker output power is sufficient to drive
loudspeakers for normal classroom/boardroom use. For larger theaters, the
line output can be attached to any popular brand of powered speakers or PA
systems.

"We've taken a good look at the market for TV converters and feel that
TelevEyes/Plus will fit the requirements of the greatest number of people
seeking a video converter," says president, David Pratt. He adds,
"TelevEyes/Plus brings together a lot of the features of the higher-end,
higher performance converters at a price that's very affordable." At
$449.95, TelevEyes/Plus fills the price/feature gap between the $200
TelevEyes and the $800 TelevEyes/Pro.

MacroMedia's award-wining presentation software, Action, will be bundled
with TelevEyes/Plus for a limited time.

TelevEyes/Plus is also available packaged as an IBM PC compatible VGA
converter.
