Graphic Modeller for Windows is here from MGA Software!

ACSL/PC users who have been looking enviously at the Graphic Modeller on
Unix platforms will now be objects of envy when they get the new
ACSL/Graphic Modeller for Windows 3.1.

This graphical front end to ACSL solves complex nonlinear models with an
unlimited hierarchy. Not only is it a front end to ACSL under Windows, but
it can be used as a front end to ACSL on any platform, from PCs through
workstations and mainframes to supercomputers - the generated code is
transportable to all ACSL supported platforms. It can also use existing
ACSL, Fortran, C and ADA code, so that investment in past development is
reusable, and it is compatible with ACSL/Realtime.

ACSL/GM is distributed with libraries of built-in PowerBlocks representing
the familiar ACSL operators, functions, and macros stored in a set of
Racks. In addition, users can create their own blocks and libraries, and
they can customize icons using any bitmap editor. Documentation can be
attached to the blocks.

All these features provide unprecedented flexibility in designing, running,
and managing complex simulation models. It is easier to communicate and
share code when it is organized into subroutines represented by icons.
Custom PowerBlocks can be built both from other PowerBlocks and from
code.

PC Windows users will find ACSL/GM easy to learn, as it adheres to Windows
GUI standards. It takes advantage of the ACSL/PC for Windows environment
with pull-down menus, dialog boxes, context-sensitive on-line help,
runtime window, plot window, and dynamic data exchange (DDE).
