Dum. Missing from her precious cargo is a mystical Dark Talis, ruthlessly
stolen by the cunning Warlord, Diimas. As Diimas flees to Ammon Dum with
his powerful prize, the Amulet's crew springs into action, intent on
stopping Dimmas before he can deliver the talis - and the fate of the
entire galaxy - into the hands of the evil Dark Loard of Umbra.

CHICAGO, IL - June 23, 1994 -- Accolade willl bring FireTeam Rogue, the
foremost science-fantasy adventure, to the platforms of Sega Genesis and
Super Nintendo in November. Designed and produced by gaming veteran John
Skeel (Bubsy, MechWarrior, Cosmic Osmo), FireTeam Rogue combines
exploration, hand-to-hand combat, puzzle solving, and aerial combat into
one of the single largest experiences ever brought to a cartridge game.
FireTeam Rogue will captivate all videogamers with some of the largest and
most animated characters seen on a home gaming screen, hundreds of hours
of gameplay and huge playfields. And particular fans of the genre will
welcome FireTeam Rogue's refreshing storyline, which guides them through a
completely original and ancient universe known as the Spiral Arm.

FireTeam Rogue. A band of five. All outcasts from some of the hundred
million worlds that make up the Spiral Arm. Each member of FireTeam Rogue
knows that it is the last bastion of hope for a galazy that is not even
aware of its pending doom:

CHANCE: FireTeam Rogue's leader. Young, untired and consistently rebellious
against the establishment. His team's most powerful weapon is the Razor
Disc, whose design is founded on ancient crystalline Talis Technology.
Steeped in the culture of the Spiral Arm, talis' are used for everything
from heating a home to powering a starship. But when evil corrupts, talis'
can become horrible weapons of destruction.

AJA DAE: Of the Elwyn (or first) race, she is a trained master of the
science of magic and telepathy. She is a stunning beauty, and dead serious
about her craft. Aja Dae is the last person to take guff from anyone.
Particularly Chance.

BROC: A renegade Bakouman - large reptiles who closely resemble the
dinosaurs of Earth's distant future. Broc is huge, intelligent and a
source of dry wit in some of the team's more challenging situations. His
cohorts know to get out of his way when it's time to take physical
action.

SHADOWBLADE: Part primate, part leopard, part Ninja, Shadowblade is of
royal heritage, but far from milquetoast. He's swift, skillful and
ferocious with a reputation for striking fear into the heart of anyone who
challenges him.

ZEUT: A talis based life-form given to Chance as protection. Zeut's
superior morphong abilities give him the power to turn himself into a
crystalline suit of armor for Chance and secondarily, though unaware of
it, to provide comedic relief when the team least expects it.

"FireTeam Rogue is a multi-faceted product, designed with a rich storyline
and characters, both good and evil, that make it a property that should
last for years," explained Skeel. "An interactive videogame is the best
original medium for this story, so that gamers can get first hand
experience of some of the amazing weapons, actions and vehicles that make
up the whole FireTeam Rogue experience."
