Trinzic Ships ObjectPro -- New Object-Oriented, Client/Server Application
Development Tool Is Available June 30

Palo Alto, CA, June 30, 1994--Trinzic Corporation (NASDAQ:TRNZ) today
announced that ObjectPro, a new object-oriented development tool for
building robust client/server applications is generally available as of
June 30, 1994. ObjectPro represents the second wave of client/server
application development tools that provide the power and performance of
compiled code and the productivity and ease-of-use benefits usually
associated with rapid prototyping iterative development tools.

"Many customers and industry observers have identified the need for
client/server tools that go beyond simple data access and GUI screen
building," said Bob Payne, vice president and general manager of Trinzic's
Application Development Tools Business Unit. "Today, we are not just
talking about a second wave client/server tool, we are delivering the
product--ObjectPro."

Complete Business Objects, Not Just GUI/Database Objects

ObjectPro is built around an object-oriented system that provides the
productivity and flexibility developers need to build client/server
applications with significant business logic. All application components
are stored as objects so developers can readily take advantage of the
benefits of inheritance and specialization throughout their applications.
These benefits include intuitive modeling, code re-use and productive
maintenance which apply to the whole business model--business logic as
well as screens and database interaction.

The ObjectPro Object System is fully integrated with ObjectPro libraries,
making it easy to share and reuse all application components--even complex
business models-built in ObjectPro. The ObjectPro Object Language contains
built-in constructs for iteration, assignment, evaluation and basic
operations and is extensible with libraries. This increases ease of use
and decreases the developers' learning curve. The ObjectPro class
libraries are fully extensible by the developer.

Strong Database Integration

ObjectPro supports access and update to a wide variety of databases.
Database operations are implemented through ObjectPro classes and methods.
Developers specify data access and display by using the graphical tools in
the ObjectPro editing environment. ObjectPro supports Oracle and Sybase
through native interfaces. ODBC drivers are provided that support Ingres,
Informix, SQLBase, DB2/2, Allbase, dBase, Access, FoxPro and others.
Access to MVS data sources such as DB2, VSAM, IMS (DL/I), ADABAS, CA-IDMS
is provided through an ODBC driver to Trinzic's InfoHub software.

Pricing, Availability and System Requirements

ObjectPro is generally available as of June 30, 1994 for a fee of $2,995,
with volume discounts available. Special introductory discounts are
available for qualified developers during the first 90 days of release.
ObjectPro is available directly from Trinzic Corporation at 800-234-7724
or through the reseller channel from a network of Trinzic Affiliates.
There is no charge for ObjectPro runtime licenses.

ObjectPro requires Microsoft Windows Version 3.1. The ObjectPro development
environment requires four MB RAM. Completed applications require a minimum
of two MB RAM. Eleven MB disk space is required for complete installation
of the development environment. A 486-class processor is recommended for
development, and a 386-class or higher processor is recommended for
delivery. An ANSI compatible C compiler is required for application
