FOUNDER OF INTERNET NEWSLETTER, FYI, LAUNCHES NEW INFORMATION MAGAZINE
CONCEPT

(Lakewood, Colorado) August 29, 1994 -- The founder and editor of FYI
Newsletter, a weekly electronic newsletter published on the Internet at
Marketplace.com, and on CompuServe in five forums, has announced plans for
a new national magazine with a unique publishing and distribution
concept.

John Hart, a professional information specialist and writer, who has been
editing and publishing FYI Newsletter for the past 3 months, will take
over the editing reponsibilities for the new publication to be called
DIGITAL FUTURE magazine. "Digital Future will focus on the rapidly
changing communications business, with hard news stories about the
telecommunications business, wireless services, computer hardware and
software, online host systems, CD's, the Internet, the FCC, networks, and
more," Hart said.

"What makes Digital Future different is its distribution plan: we deliver
camera-ready pages, by express courier, to independent publishers in
cities around the world and they print the required copies for their
locations. Each independent publisher is in business for himself and keeps
all the advertising and subscription revenue from his or her location,"
Hart said. Hart Publishing charges each independent publisher of DIGITAL
FUTURE a per page rate for producing each monthly edition, and the rate is
based on market size.

Digital Future magazine will rollout with its first issue in Los Angeles,
this winter, and plans are to quickly follow with other editions as
additional publishers sign up.

Although many entrepreneurs from more than 25 cities have responded thus
far, several major cities are still open for exclusive publication and
distribution rights to Digital Future magazine and interested
entrepreneurs should contact John Hart at jhart@csn.org, or CompuServe
71044,2446, or by fax at 303-987-3246.
