BSG AND LBMS FORM STRATEGIC ALLIANCE TO DELIVER CLIENT/SERVER DEVELOPMENT
METHODOLOGY

HOUSTON, TX, September 6, 1994 -- BSG Corporation, a leading client/server
systems integrator, today announced that it will use LBMS' Process
Engineer, a Windows-based process management tool, as the foundation for
its software development methodology. Process Engineer provides BSG
consultants and customers with a consistent and comprehensive
client/server development environment. Additionally, by deploying a
third-party process management tool, BSG will be able to focus more of its
resources and core competencies on developing client/server solutions that
meet its customers' business needs.

Prior to deploying Process Engineer, BSG used its internally-developed
process methodology for implementing and managing client/server systems.
BSG consultants will now integrate many of BSG's own process methodology
components into LBMS' Process Engineer, providing a customized
client/server development methodology.

The strategic alliance between the two companies provides BSG consultants
with access to a comprehensive library of process methodologies maintained
and enhanced by LBMS. More than 400 BSG consultants will begin using
Process Engineer on all client/server development projects in Q3 1994.

As part of the strategic alliance, BSG will provide LBMS with continuous
feedback on technology and market requirements for process management
tools. The collective experience of the BSG consultants will be channeled
to LBMS' marketing and engineering departments, providing additional
insight into today's client/server methodology market.
