Delrina Expands Distribution of Products to Japan

Signs Something Good Inc. as Master Distributor;
Announces Kanji Version of WinFax PRO

TORONTO, ONT and SAN JOSE, CA -- September 6, 1994 -- Delrina Corporation
(NASDAQ: DENAF; TSE:DC) today announced an agreement with Something Good,
Inc. of Japan to manage distribution of Delrina products throughout Japan.


The agreement expands the Windows and Macintosh fax and screen saver
products available to Japanese computer users and gives Delrina access to
a new market. Delrina also announced a Japanese (Kanji) version of its
popular selling WinFax PRO fax communications software which is expected
to ship within the next sixty days.

to the rapidly expanding Japanese market," said Dennis Bennie, Delrina
Chairman and CEO. "The combination will allow both companies to capitalize
on their strengths to establish Delrina+s software as the foremost
products in Japan."

According to the Japan Personal Computer Software Association, Japan
represents a market of more than $700 million in sales annually which is
expected to grow at the rate of 80% during the next few years. Macintosh
and Windows software sales represent 20% and 40% respectively of total
software sales in Japan. Delrina+s software will also work on NEC machines
which account for 40% of the remaining software sales. "The addition of
Japan to Delrina+s international distribution will boost our foreign sales
(outside Canada and the U.S.) which are currently growing in excess of
200% annually," said Teresa Brzozowski, Director International Development
at Delrina.
