Delrina Acquires License To Reach Workflow Software

Leading technology to be integrated with future version of Delrina
FormFlow

SAN JOSE, CA and TORONTO, ONT -- September 22, 1994 -- Delrina Corporation
(NASDAQ:DENAF, TSE:DC), the world leader in electronic forms, today
announced that it has acquired a worldwide license to the source code for
workflow technology from Reach Software Corp., Sunnyvale, CA, a leading
workflow software provider and publisher of WorkMAN. The Reach technology,
which uses graphic objects to build and represent a workflow process, will
be integrated and become a fundamental feature in the next version of
Delrina FormFlow, the industry's leading forms application creation and
routing software. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"Delrina FormFlow with Reach workflow technology will redefine the
electronic forms market with a new level of performance and ease-of-use,"
said Mark Skapinker, Delrina President. "For the first time, it will be
possible to design forms, establish database links, add conditional
routing, and define and manage workflows without programming. This will
allow users to build and re-engineer workflow systems quickly and with
minimal effort."

"As the leader in electronic forms, Delrina is pushing the envelope further
with a tightly integrated graphical workflow solution combining our
workflow design and administration technology with their advanced forms
solution," said Anand Jagannathan Chairman and Chief Technology Officer of
Reach Software and a founder of Banyan Systems. "Forms are the heart of
many workflows and Delrina's FormFlow already delivers leading-edge forms
design, security, database integration, and e-mail routing features."

"The co-winner (FormFlow) of the PC Magazine Editor+s Choice Award for
Workflow is getting better and stronger with the incorporation of Reach+s
technology," said Albert Behr, Director Electronic Forms Marketing at
Delrina. "The acquisition further solidifies FormFlow as the premier forms
application creation environment in the market today."

Delrina FormFlow enables people with little or no programming experience to
quickly create sophisticated forms applications with conditional routing
and deploy them across their organization using their LAN-based e-mail
systems.

With Reach workflow technology, FormFlow users will be able to automate and
systematize more sophisticated workflow processes using a simple point and
click approach. Workflow tasks can then be managed by viewing tables that
show who originated the task, where the task is in the workflow, and what
its status is.

Delrina's electronic forms strategy is to help companies build upon
existing technology investments by allowing: DOS, Windows, Macintosh, and
UNIX hardware; the most popular e-mail systems; the most popular
desktop/SQL databases; and enterprise information sharing platforms, such
as Lotus Notes and Microsoft Exchange; to be combined in forms-based
applications. With the rapid adoption of distributed LAN-based computing,
more companies are seeking a "soup to nuts" forms workflow offering like
Delrina+s. While the electronic forms market replacing paper forms is
projected to grow to $160 million by 1996, the workflow market, which
includes forms routing, is expected to grow much higher.

Delrina develops, markets and supports PC-based software products and
services for the PC fax and data communications, electronic forms
processing, and consumer content markets. Since its founding in 1988,
Delrina has shipped more than 500,000 copies of its forms software.

Delrina's flagship FormFlow software is also marketed by AT&T Global
Information Systems as Liberty. Delrina employs more than 550 people with
headquarters in Toronto, Canada and offices in San Jose, CA; Washington,
DC; Kirkland, WA; the United Kingdom; France; and, Germany. Delrina can be
contacted at 1-800-268-6082.
