NETWORKS EXPO DALLAS TO HIGHLIGHT SEVERAL EDUCATIONAL PAVILIONS AT THE
DALLAS CONVENTION CENTER, SEPTEMBER 20-22

(Fort Lee, NJ, September 2) -- Exhibitors introducing the latest technology
in computer networking products and services will return next month to the
Dallas Convention Center for the computer industry's ninth annual trade
event for networking communications and interoperability, Networks Expo
'94 Dallas. The show (previously known as NetWorld) will take place
September 20-22.

Networks Expo will feature hundreds of companies displaying the latest
networking technology including: American Power Conversion, AT&T,
Cabletron, Cheyenne Software, Hewlett-Packard, IBM Corporation, Microsoft,
NetFrame, NetWare Users International, Network General, SABER Software,
SMC, Texas Instruments, Toshiba America, and WordPerfect.

At this year's event, Networks Expo Dallas will also introduce several
value-added pavilions and programs that will combine new technology with
education. "Attendees will enrich their knowledge of the latest advances
in the computer networking industry and sharpen their computer skills
through first-hand product demonstrations and information sessions at
these special pavilions," said Jay Gorga, show director of Networks Expo
Dallas.

The new Networks Expo '94 Dallas Pavilions include:

Computer Telephony Pavilion -- Co-sponsored by Dialogic and GammaLink,
network telecomputing will be the featured technology in this high powered
pavilion. From call-control and media processing of audio, imaging and
text, this pavilion will be the comprehensive source of information for
this growing field.

Messaging Pavilion -- Attendees will learn how to solve their critical
business communication problems with integrated messaging. Attendees will
also encounter exhibits, sponsored by the International Computer Fax
Association, featuring the convergence af E-mail, computer fax, document
management and imaging and voice technologies .

Pavilion for NetWare Solutions Products (Co-Sponsored by NetWare Solutions
Magazine) -- Attendees will gather information about the latest LAN and
enterprise product solutions for NetWare and how to use the NetWare
platform.

The Internet Hands-On Lab (Co-Sponsored by PENCOM Systems Inc.) -Attendees
will experience Gopher, Mosaic, the World Wide Web server, and much more,
when they take a seat at one of more than 30 interactive demonstration
stations and navigate the Information Superhighway with the power of the
Internet.

Network Professional Association (formerly CNEPA) Hands-on Labs
-Complimentary hands-on labs co-sponsored by LAN Times, will spotlight the
latest networking strategies and products, including Optical Libraries,
Multi-Protocol Routing NetWare 4.0 and WordPerfect Office 4.0.

Computer Reseller News' Sneak Previews Test Center -- Attendees will
witness demonstrations of the newest computer products undergoing live,
on-site testing by XXCal Inc. engineers and CRN's award-winning editorial
staff.

Networks Expo, produced by the Blenheim Group, will run concurrently with
the first WINDOWS WORLD/Dallas, produced by The Interface Group. The
two-show combination offers attendees the chance to absorb technology and
product offerings that span from the desktop to the network and beyond to
global communications.

On Tuesday, September 20 at 9 a.m., the Networks Expo keynote speaker will
be Terrell B. Jones, President, SABRE Computer Services, American
Airlines. On Wednesday, September 21, at 9 a.m., the WINDOWS WORLD keynote
speaker will be Bill Gates, Chairman and CEO, Microsoft Corporation. Both
shows will also offer enlightening seminars and conferences throughout the
week.
