range from under $1999 to $2795.

"We've responded to the needs of the marketplace for sophisticated pricing

Intelesys products are fully loaded with peripherals and components which
are tested as a unit that delivers the best solutions for small
office/home office use. The Pentium processor provides the user with
superior performance and I believe we lead the pack in making certain that
that performance is delivered in systems that are one hundred percent
compatible."

"We implement a sophisticated testing protocol managed by a team of highly
trained engineers that puts each peripheral and component through a series
of engineering procedures to determine compatibility as the system
performs as a complete unit. The Intelesys methodology of testing each
peripheral and component insures that each unit will perform to the users'
expectations, meeting their productivity and mission-critical computing
needs."

According to Curt Nichols, Director of Marketing for Intel, "Intelesys
targeted the small office/home office market with their Pentium
processor-based product line. We are pleased that Intelligent is

Intelesys believes that Pentium processor-based computing is the emerging
standard for small office/home office users who are demanding more and
more computing power to run feature-rich Windows-based business
applications and multimedia graphics entertainment programs.

The Pentium processors are the highest performance members of Intel's
microprocessors. While it incorporates new features and improvements made
possible by advances in semiconductor technology, the Pentium processor is
fully compatible with Intel's previous microprocessors, thereby preserving
the values of the users' software investment and at the same time offering
features that provide a platform for high-performance computing. With
software developers continuing to expand business applications features,
the Pentium processor is setting the industry's high performance
standards.

Intelesys is Intelligent's product line for the direct channel. The company
chose Intel's Pentium processor to accommodate the $5Q billion installed
base of users who need to run previous versions of software as well as the
latest applications, which run better on the Pentium processor. The
company also markets the Amerigo line, which sells through the retail
channel at more than 300 locations nationwide. Intelligent, located in
