of the issues that client server managers need to manage has just been
released by Positive Support Review, Inc. Areas covered include:
operational management, organization structure, responsibilities, risk
assessment, personnel practices, insurance, business resumption program,
LANs, backup and recovery, controls, application development standards,
change management - service requests, security, facility requirements, and
access control (physical site, software, data, midrange computers and
