Client/Server Company, today announced two new CD-ROM-based reference
products that give customers quick access to information about SYBASE
products. AnswerBase is a knowledge database that provides instant answers
to technical questions. SyBooks provides interactive documentation for
users of SYBASE software. Both easy-to-use products can be loaded onto a
system or file server for all users to access, allowing them to become
more self-sufficient and rely less on customers' internal IS resources and
the Sybase technical support hotline.
