Programmer's Paradise to Offer New Catalog To Meet Needs of Corporate
Software Developers

SAN JOSE, March 15, 1994 -- Programmer's Paradise, the largest reseller
dedicated to the needs of software developers, announced today that it
will introduce a new catalog aimed specifically at corporate software
developers.

Jeff Largiader, vice president-catalog operations and marketing development
of Programmer's Paradise, said the Programmer's Paradise Corporate
Developer Catalog was designed specifically with the needs of developers
within distributed computing environments uppermost in mind. In making the
announcement at Software Development '94 at the San Jose Convention, he
said the catalog, with support from Microsoft, IBM, Powersoft, Computer
Associates, Lotus Development, Borland and others, would be published
bi-monthly starting in April.

"Programmer's Paradise has long been a marketing partner for leading
vendors of programming tools, compilers and languages, creating a
worldwide link to users," said Largiader. "Now, there's increased
potential for sales as organizations move from host-based to
client/server-based computing, creating the need for new sets of tools to
develop distributed computing environments. Our new catalog will make it
easier for corporate users to have access to a full range of the technical
products they need."

The Programmer's Paradise Corporate Developer Catalog will focus on
client/server databases, object-oriented languages, communications,
multi-platform solutions, network administration and system management
software, multimedia, GUIs, rapid application development tools, class
libraries, and testing tools, as well as hundreds of other software
titles. Largiader said it would also include articles and insights for its
target audience of IS managers, CIOs, database and LAN administrators, MIS
directors, and PC support managers at medium to large companies.

Programmer's Paradise is the largest and fastest growing division of
Voyager Software Corp, a leading supplier in the PC market focusing on
technology software for end users and major corporations. Voyager projects
worldwide sales of $52 million for 1994.
