IBM KIOSK SOLUTIONS UNIT AND MUZE INC. ANNOUNCE BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP

ATLANTA, June 29 . . . An agreement between the IBM Kiosk Solutions Unit
and MUZE Inc., a Metromedia Company affiliate, to design and manufacture
kiosks was announced today.

The MUZE touch screen kiosk is an in-store music information retrieval
system that allows customers to search for CDs, tapes, and other recording
formats using an artist's name, song or album title, or music category,
all with the touch of a finger. With only one word of the song title, MUZE
can still fill in the blanks to identify the selection instantly. MUZE
also calls up album graphics, notes and music reviews.

"This is an exciting win for IBM's Kiosk Solutions Unit. It is a marriage
of our expertise with an accurate and comprehensive source of information
on recorded music," said Jack Uhlir, Director of the Kiosk Solutions Unit.
"MUZE knows the music industry, our kiosks provide customers with the
information they want, and retailers are experiencing increased customer
satisfaction and sales opportunities." IBM is providing MUZE with a
Designer Series kiosk that incorporates a PS/ValuePoint processor, touch
screen, keypad and printer.

The MUZE kiosk prints out all of the information necessary for the customer
to purchase or special order a musical selection including title,
performer, record label, catalog number, UPC bar code, store department,
store address, and store telephone number.

"We have been working closely with the record labels for over six years and
are actively installing MUZE kiosks for music retailers nationwide," said
Trev Huxley, president of MUZE. "Hundreds of MUZE kiosks already serve the
customers and employees of chain and independent retailers in over 35
states; we feel strongly that our new relationship with IBM will ensure a
continuing high level of quality and support to our customers as we
grow."

MUZE, Inc. is an affiliate of Metromedia Company, one of the largest
