PeopleSoft Financials Delivery Plans

Formally introduced in April, 1992, PeopleSoft Financials is an integrated
family of four client/server accounting software products designed for the
Fortune 1000 marketplace. PeopleSoft began production shipments of the
first PeopleSoft Financials product, PeopleSoft General Ledger (PS/GL), in

PS/AR and PS/AP are planned for beta release in April 1993, and PS/AM is
planned for beta release in the third quarter of 1993. All three products
are slated for production shipments by the end of this year.

* PS/AR manages cash collection and customer receivables for a wide variety
of industries and provides valuable data to improve cash and credit
management. Features include automatic assessment of a customer's payment
habits and generation of dunning letters, automatic tape lock box
processing for electronic processing of high volume transactions, and cash
position projections.

* PS/AP authorizes and records the obligation and payment of invoices,
while providing additional tracking features to allow managers to make key
decisions resulting in more efficient use of corporate resources. Features
include support for multiple currencies, flexible payment policies, and
cash requirements analysis and planning.

* PS/AM provides the features necessary to record the acquisition,
depreciation, and retirement of capitalized assets. It also manages
"non-traditional" asset information such as maintenance contracts and
schedules, upgrade options, resale schedules, insurance coverage,
replacement options, budgets, and lease terms.

PeopleSoft is currently signing beta customers for the new PeopleSoft
Financials products, and recently completed a major contract with NCR
Corporation for the purchase of the entire PeopleSoft Financials product
suite. Customers already using PS/GL include Calgary General Hospital;
