U.S. ROBOTICS ANNOUNCES BUNDLING AGREEMENT WITH DELRINA: 
WINFAX NOW INCLUDED WITH ALL U.S. ROBOTICS FAX MODEMS

SKOKIE, Ill.--March 15, 1993--U.S. Robotics, Inc. (NASDAQ: USRX) today
announced a bundling agreement with Delrina Technology Inc. (TSE:DC); U.S.
Robotics Courier, Sportster and WorldPort fax modems will now include a
special OEM version of Delrina's WinFax LITE software. This OEM package,
Award-Winning WinFax LITE, provides the capabilities of WinFax Pro 2.0,
including background operation, broadcast faxing, support for 14,400 bps
communications, a phone directory allowing unlimited entries, and the
ability to save a fax in PCX, TIFF or FXS format.

"We've chosen to bundle the market-leading Windows fax program to provide
an easy-to-use package for the vast number of people now using PCs and
laptops with Windows," said Marshalt Toplansky, U.S. Robotics vice
president of marketing. "The lineup gives U.S. Robotics resellers a
Windows fax product for every customer, including products for corporate,
home office, entry level, small business and portable use."

a version of WinFax LITE that met their customers' needs for a
high-quality Windows fax software package."

Each U.S. Robotics fax modem includes Award-Winning WinFax LITE, and gives
DOS users the option to request a copy of U.S. Robotics' DOS fax software,
BLAST FAX PC, at no cost. U.S. Robotics also ships fax modems which
include FAXsft fax software for the Apple Macintosh.
