SQR PRODUCT LINE OF SYBASE SUPPORTS ORACLE7 
MITI Supports Oracle SQR Customers

LONG BEACH, CA, March 29, 1993 -- Management Information Technology, Inc.
(MITI) today announced an agreement with Sybase to develop and support the
popular SQR product family on current and future versions of the Oracle
RDBMS. The SQR (Structured Query Report Writer) product line is a family
of report generators and development languages optimized for SQL
databases.

The SQR family of products was developed by SQ Software, now owned by
Sybase, Inc. Used by thousands of clients worldwide, SQR is an independent
4GL for Sybase, Oracle, Informix, Ingres and other RDBMS platforms. The
SQR family supports the full range of SQL reporting requirements, from ad
hoc queries through sophisticated production reports that use procedural
programming techniques.

MITI, based in Long Beach, CA, develops and markets tools for enhancing
Oracle RDMSs. MITI's president Ofir Kedar said, "Our mission is to provide
Oracle clients with tools to enhance productivity, performance and to
deliver high quality support. Our customer base includes many SQR users.
This agreement allows us to expand our offerings for the Oracle RDBMS and
provide our customers with the SQR product on Oracle7 and in the future."

Robert Epstein, executive vice president at Sybase said, "In keeping with
Sybase's open systems strategy, we are committed to supporting the needs
of customers with heterogenous environments. MITI's new role will allow
customers using the SQR product with Oracle to receive regular
enhancements and a high level of support."

Terms of Agreement

Through this agreement, MITI will enhance, support and sell SQR for Oracle
starting with release 2.40 of SQR. Sybase will retain ownership of SQR and
will continue to market and support the product to value added resellers,
systems integrators and customers who are using both Sybase and Oracle and
who wish to maintain their relationship with Sybase. Management
