NEW VIDEO COURSEWARE FOR DOS 6

LOS GATOS, Calif. -- (June 25, 1993) -- Anderson Soft-Teach announces it
will ship a complete video training course for DOS 6. Shipments of the
training package will begin July 30, 1993.

The new DOS 6 training courseware includes three volumes covering the
essentials of DOS. Topics covered in Volume 1 include: creating and
removing directories, working with floppy diskettes, and managing files
and directories on your hard disk. Volume 2 provides instruction on
working in DOS Shell, understanding the PATH and CHKDSK commands, and
creating and running batch files. Finally, in Volume 3, the student will
learn how to backup and restore files, recover deleted files, and protect
against computer viruses. Detailed course outlines can be obtained
directly from Anderson Soft-Teach.

Each training volume includes a videotape for instruction, a step-by-step
workbook and practice disk for hands-on practice (disk duplication license
also included), and a self-test to measure learning retention. Anderson
Soft-Teach will send a certificate of completion to each student who
successfully completes the self-test. Each volume also includes a
classroom guide for easy implementation of the courseware into a classroom
setting.

The workbooks include additional exercises at the end of each lesson to
reinforce skill development. Anderson Soft-Teach's unique "In-Practice"
and "Extra for Experts" segments help users apply the training to real
business situations.

"With today's smaller PC training budgets, corporations are looking for
ways to leverage their resources and "make do" with the resources at hand.
By using technology-delivered instruction such as video in the classroom,
trainers can offer more PC classes while maintaining a high-quality PC
training program," says Dave Ferguson, Vice President, Anderson
Soft-Teach.

The complete three-volume course will be sold for $995. Anderson Soft-Teach
offers a "version insurance" program of 50% off the new training
courseware for users who purchased our DOS 3.3 courseware within the last
six months. The videotapes are closed captioned for the hearing impaired.

The DOS 6 course also includes the new Classroom Guide. This guide is now a
part of most Anderson Soft-Teach courses. The guide outlines for the
classroom instructor exactly how to incorporate Anderson Soft-Teach
courseware into their classroom training programs. Step-by-step
instructions provide for a smooth and effective class.

The SmartClassroom approach, created by Anderson Soft-Teach, is helping
many training professionals successfully meet their training demand while
facing shrinking resources, frequent software version changes, and
multiple software platforms. In a SmartClassroom, Anderson SoftTeach
videotapes can be used as the lecture portion of the class. An instructor
monitors the class, starting and stopping the videotapes to introduce
topics, facilitate discussion, and answer questions. The instructor then
initiates hands-on exercises, which are provided. At the end of the
course, the instructor administers the self-test. There are tremendous
savings in course development and delivery time for the corporate
trainer.

"We like the pace of the SmartClassroom instructor," says Linda Johnson,
Support Specialist for Boyle Engineering, "and we like the fact that the
exams are already written -- we're not professional teachers, and it's
convenient to have the materials already prepared."

Trainers who are already using the SmartClassroom approach report that they
are putting many more students through their PC training programs by using
Anderson Soft-Teach videotapes and workbooks as the core of their classes.
According to Joyce Boeringer, Systems Analyst for McDonnell Douglas,
"Using the Anderson Soft-Teach courses in the classroom has allowed us to
train about 120 students per week. It seems we're always trying to do more
with less, and using Anderson Soft-Teach in the class is one of the ways
we've found to do it."

Anderson Soft-Teach is currently celebrating its 10-year anniversary as the
producer of the largest library of video courseware in the industry for
personal computer software. Its products are sold both domestically and
internationally. Anderson Soft-Teach's current line of courseware topics
includes: Windows, Word for Windows, Excel for Windows, PowerPoint,
WordPerfect for Windows, MS-DOS, Lotus l-2-3, WordPerfect, dBASE IV,
Introduction to PCs, Introduction to LANs and others. Anderson Soft-Teach
