PRESENTA OFFERS LOW COST 29" and 33" SVGA MONITORS WITH TV/VIDEO INPUT
OPTION.

(Irwindale, CA) Presenta Technologies Corp. announced today (May 12, 1993)
that their 29" (DM-2930) and 33" (DM-3332) SVGA color presentation
monitors will be bundled with the Videomate, a TV/video line-doubler. The
Videomate (JV-419NT) is a signal converter which doubles the 15.75KHz scan
rate of a normal NTSC (TV) signal, resulting in a 31.5KHz signal which can
then be displayed on a VGA monitor. The Videomate comes with: TV tuner,
remote control, audio, on screen control display; VGA and video
pass-through ports; and color, volume, and picture controls. Both monitors
have a maximum resolution of: 800x600 non-interlaced and 1024x768
interlaced. The DM-2930 and DM-3332 are capable of accepting horizontal
scan rates of: 31.5/35.2135.5 KHz (DM-2930) and 30-36 KHz (DM-3332); and
vertical scan rates of: 50 90 Hz through a standard 15 pin D-sub
connector. The list prices are respectively: $2495 for the DM-2930, $3,495
for the DM-3332, and $549 for the Videomate. The bundle promotional prices
which include both the monitor and the line-doubler are: $2195 for the
DM-2930 bundle, and $3,195 for the DM-3332 bundle. These promotional
