Signs Software Licensing Agreements for NetSoft's NS/Router.

LAGUNA HILLS, CA, July 26, 1993--NetSoft announced that it has signed a
separate licensing agreement with Andrew Corporation for the new NS/Router
software product which was introduced today in a separate announcement
(see related news release). NetSoft also announced a partnership with
Novell for the NS/Router's new support of NetWare for SAA.

"The availability of our new NS/Router and the Novell and Andrew
relationships signify our emergence as a major player and standard-setter
in the Windows-to-AS/400 connectivity market," said Zak Kong, NetSoft's
CEO.

"The NS/Router supports Novell's highest performance LAN transport
protocols," said Mr. Kong. "The NS/Router will provide Windows-based
NetWare LAN users with unparalleled power, performance and ease-of-use
when accessing AS/400 servers."

"Our customers have been asking for fast, easy, reliable, and secure access
to their AS/400 applications from NetWare. With the new NS/Router support
of NetWare for SAA, NetSoft has provided the first true Windows-based
router for customers seeking to integrate Windows, NetWare, and the
AS/400. Now a Windows user can easily access applications through NetWare
for SAA using the NS/Router's open connectivity platform," said Bernard
Harguindeguy, director of marketing for Novell's Interoperability Systems
Group in Sunnyvale, CA.

"NetSoft is a very capable and important partner for NetWare for SAA and we
are looking forward to working with them closely on the NS/Router
support," Harguindeguy added.

ANDREW CORPORATION

Andrew Corporation will be integrating the NS/Router into their new
TranScend 400 file transfer product, their 5250 Token Ring Elite
connection, and future APPC-based products.

"Andrew is a leading supplier of connectivity solutions for PC-to-AS/400
applications," said Mr. Kong. "We are very pleased to be entering into
this cooperative agreement with Andrew as it substantially increases the
availability of our software to the AS/400 marketplace."

"Andrew Corporation's objective in integrating this new router is to
minimize the hassles users are experiencing in accessing mission critical
data," stated Rob Kerr, Andrew product line manager. "Communications links
