ERGONOMIC COMPUTER KEYBOARD SYSTEM UNVEILED BY FOUNTAIN HILLS SYSTEMS INC.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ - A new ergonomic computer keyboard system, designed
specifically to reduce operator hand injuries has been introduced by
Fountain Hills Systems, Inc.

The Fountain Hills system combines a more comfortable keyboard with a
specially designed exercise program that is effective in reducing the
possibility of repetitive strain injuries and the resultant carpal tunnel
syndrome.

The company's Model FH101 computer keyboard, based on an invention by
William Louis, President of Encinitas, California-based TypeRight
Corporation, features keys arranged in a V-shape, which allows the user's
wrists to lie in a straight, stress-free position.

Fountain Hills Systems Inc. is the exclusive licensee on the Louis keyboard
patents and has developed the final product.

Standard keyboards require operators to twist their wrists while stroking
the keys. This unnatural position is considered a main cause of the
growing number of computer related repetitive stress injuries, such as the
much-publicized carpal tunnel syndrome.

"A national insurance company reports that as many as 40 percent of all
computer operators experience some form of hand or wrist problem," said
Stanley J. Kleban, Executive Vice President of the newly formed company.
"This new keyboard system, we believe, will play a major role in reducing
or even eliminating those types of problems, thereby benefiting employee
well-being and improving productivity."

Kleban said that each keyboard will be accompanied by a "Keyboard Fitness
Training Program," a proprietary software program that prompts computer
operators to initiate a series of hand and arm exercises at specific
intervals during the workday.

"The solution to these hand and wrist problems lies in using the system
hardware in conjunction with the software." Kleban said. "You have to do
the exercises to achieve the full benefit of the system."

Testing of early versions of the FH101 keyboard included work done at the
San Diego Hand Center and the Hand Rehabilitation Center in San Diego; all
results proved favorable. The company's policy is to have an on-going
program of testing and evaluation for its products. For the FH101, each
unit is being shipped with a questionnaire for operator feedback; the
company expects to place the FH101 in several medical/clinical study
programs; and a beta-site selection process is under way to aid in new
product development.

"While the FH101 keyboard was invented in California, the final product
design, prototype assembly, and volume production activities are all being
performed in Arizona " Kleban said.

The company's initial marketing thrusts will be aimed at the keyboard
replacement market in the U.S., the most critical portion of which is
estimated to currently include some 18 million units that are in use at
least five hours a day.

Tom Simmons, Vice President of Marketing and Sales, said the FH101 keyboard
systems will carry a single unit price of $349.00, with quantity discounts
available. Simmons said that he expected the company's first year sales to
approach $10 million.

"Our initial focus will be to market directly to the large users of
personal computer and terminal keyboards, such as credit card processors,
airlines, mail order companies, insurance firms, and a variety of
financial institutions," he said. "These are the companies experiencing
the most problems with hand and wrist injury complaints and insurance
claims."

In addition to selling directly to the end-user market, Simmons said the
company plans to appoint a number of distributors and independent OEM
sales organizations in key U.S. markets over the next several months.

Fountain Hills Systems, Inc. was founded by Glen Madland, founder and
chairman of Integrated Circuit Engineering Corporation, which is also
based in Scottsdale.

Founded in 1964. ICE is a major semiconductor market research and
consulting firm. Madland will serve as chairman of both companies.

Madland said that Fountain Hills Systems, Inc. is already working on other
advanced ergonomic computer products, and has initiated a development
program for voice recognition products in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Fountain Hills Systems, Inc. is located at 15022 N. 75th Street,
Scottsdale, Arizona 85260-2476,(602) 596-8633.
