will never be the same once you've played Peter Pan: A Story Painting
Adventure, a totally new concept in children's software. Designed
especially for children ages 5 - 9, this revolutionary Story Painting
interface combines elements from story books, graphic adventures, and
interactive cartoons, allowing children to direct the events in the
stories they read using magical, animated paint tools called Paintbox
Pals. Peter Pan is the first title in the Story Painting series developed
and published by EA*Kids.

In EA*Kids adaptation of the classic tale of Peter Pan, children help Peter
rescue Wendy and friends from the clutches of the. evil Captain Hook. With
the help of the Paintbox Pals, children choose creative solutions to help
Peter throughout his adventures. Paint with Jazz Painter to turn your
night to day when Peter's predicament's seem darkest. Draw a bridge with
Nick Lead the Pencil to help Peter to safety ! If you're really in a bind,
ask Sassy Sally Sprayer for the perfect solution. If all else fails, ask
Winston Whoosh the Eraser to 'remove' the problem in his own special way!

With more than 30 scenes and hundreds of possible choices, each story (or
retelling) of is unique. At any point within a story a child may "rewind"
the last event using Hourglass, and try other solutions. Throughout the
adventure, Peter Pan process learning skills including reading,
creativity, cause and effect, decision making and teamwork.

Peter Pan is beautifully enhanced by rich, cinematic side-scrolling
graphics, lively animations, and adorably funny characters. The EA*Kids
division built a world-class production team of talent to produce Peter
Pan including: an in-house producer team from Hollywood's film and
television industry, Emmy-award winning musicians who composed an original
musical score, highly acclaimed children's authors, and a Hungarian

EA*Kids will release Peter Pan: A Story Painting Adventure on five formats:
IBM/PC and compatibles (available now); Macintosh, October 1993; IBM
CD-ROM, November 1993; and Macintosh CD-ROM, December, 1993. A 3DO version
will be released in early 1994.
