PERSONAL COMPUTER TRAINING ON CD-ROM
Using Multimedia Technology

Los Gatos, Calif. - November 19, 1993 - Anderson Soft-Teach today announced
its entry into the multimedia market. The company will produce a
multimedia product line, meeting the most current MPC standards, on CD-ROM
in 1994. The company's entry into the multimedia market builds upon its 10
years of experience designing and producing video-based training
courseware for personal computers. In addition to this new multimedia
product line, the company will continue to provide video-based courseware
for classroom and self-study.

"With the increased availability of multimedia technology, we will be able
to deliver just-in-time, interactive training to the desktop in classroom
or self-study situations," said Warren Anderson, president of Anderson
Soft-Teach.

The Center for New Training Technology, located at the company's Silicon
Valley headquarters, will allow corporate trainers to experience this new
digital training technology first-hand. The Center will be staffed by
multimedia development specialists who will be available to demonstrate
products and answer questions.

Anderson Soft-Teach produces the industry's largest library of video
courseware for personal computer software. All products are developed
in-house by experienced trainers. Current topics include: Windows, Word
for Windows, Excel for Windows, PowerPoint, MS-DOS, WordPerfect,
WordPerfect for Windows, Lotus 1-2-3, Lotus 1-2-3 for Windows, dBASE IV,
Computer Literacy and others.
