ARTISOFT JOINS NOMDA/LANDA

Builds Relationship Through Cooperative Training Promotions, Seminars

(TUCSON, AZ - November 8, 1993) - Artisoft, Inc. announced today that it
has joined efforts with NOMDA/LANDA to provide cooperative training,
promotions and seminars to NOMDA/LANDA dealers and Artisoft Authorized
Five Star Resellers. With this joint partnership, Artisoft and NOMDA/LANDA
will make their training programs and services available to each other's
resellers. In addition, Artisoft will participate in NOMDA/LANDA's Market
Development Program and be a part of an educational networking program at
the upcoming NOMDA/LANDA Emerging Technologies Expo '94. Artisoft
President and CEO William Keiper will also present networking
opportunities available to members during this conference.

Participation in NOMDA/LANDA's Market Development Program will allow
Artisoft to position its growing line of scalable networking hardware and
software products to an established distribution channel relatively new to
the networking industry, business equipment and systems dealers. By adding
the Artisoft product line to their channel, NOMDA/LANDA dealers can take
advantage of the growing opportunities in the networking market to better
serve the needs of their customers.

Artisoft and NOMDA/LANDA will offer their respective educational courses
and facilities to each other's resellers, who can receive training on
connectivity issues as well as learn new business and profitability
skills.

NOMDA/LANDA Emerging Technologies Expo '94, January 20-22,1994, in
Orlando, Florida. On January 20 from 1 p.m. to 2:15 p.m., Keiper will
discuss the profit opportunities for networking specialists, outlining
high-growth market segments and the ways businesses can take advantage of
these expanding connectivity opportunities. Immediately following Keiper's
presentation, an Artisoft representative will present the past, current
and future technological advancements in the peer-to-peer marketplace and
will also discuss Artisoft's complete line of networking solutions.

In addition, Artisoft is sponsoring the "Connectivity Boot Camp" program at
the Technologies Expo '94 on January 19 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This one-day
educational program will cover basic networking technologies and
connectivity issues, LAN profitability, peer-to-peer networking and as
well as include a hands-on network lab. Keynote speakers include Frank
Derfler, Senior Networking Editor of PC Magazine.
