Creative Systems Programming Corporation Introduces Golden CommPass Version
2.1

LAS VEGAS, NV, November 15, 1993 - Creative Systems Programming Corporation
is now shipping the ultimate way to navigate the world of CompuServe,
Golden CommPass 2.1 ! A complete 32-bit program, Golden CommPass is the
only native OS/2 communications package designed specifically for
CompuServe Information Service. It allows users to customize and totally
automate on-line sessions with CompuServe forums, libraries, mail and
weather.

Users choose their tasks -- such as retrieving mail, scanning forum message
sections and downloading library files -- before going on-line, thereby
keeping billable connect time to an absolute minimum. The program takes
full advantage of OS/2 multitasking, giving users the ability to work
on-line and off-line simultaneously.

"The new version provides customers with a host of new features and
performance enhancements," says Larry B. Finkelstein, president of
Creative Systems Programming Corporation, "We've taken our users'
suggestions for improvements and delivered the features they most wanted.
We've revamped the interface, and made Golden CommPass even faster and
easier to use."

Among the new program options: Intelligent Subject Marking remembers and
automatically marks message subjects previously selected or skipped.
Message Aging allows you to mark and discard older messages, while Message
Archiving allows you to save them to special archive files. New
"drag-and-drop" features let you extend an on-line session and print or
delete messages and files. Enhancements to CompuServe Mail include a file
attach option that allows you to send a file with a message, and the
ability to send carbon and blind carbon copies.

Menu options and dialogs are clearer and better located, and most variables
are set on OS/2 notebook pages. The manual has been extensively rewritten
and includes a mini-tutorial with A CompuServe's Practice Forum.

Golden CommPass is used throughout IBM, as well as many other corporations,
to provide technical support on CompuServe for their applications. "As a
long-time user of Golden CommPass, I am delighted to see that Creative
Systems Programming Corporation is releasing a new 32-bit version of this
product, along with a significant set of new and valuable features,"
stated John Soyring, Director of Software Development Programs for IBM
Personal Software Products, "The IBM OS/2 forums on CompuServe are a major
channel for delivering support to our users and business partners. Golden
CommPass is a powerful tool that allows us to deliver this support more
effectively and more cost efficiently."

"There has been a tremendous groundswell of support for OS/2 at the grass
roots level," says John Patrick, vice president of sales and marketing for
IBM's Personal Software Products division. "Momentum continues to build
for the product, especially on the electronic bulletin boards. We're
pleased that Creative System's Golden CommPass makes it easier for people
communicating electronically to take advantage of OS/2's power and
reliability."

Creative Systems Programming Corporation offers Golden CommPass 2.1 for a
retail price of only $99. Golden CommPass 2.0 users are able to upgrade
for a nominal cost of $29 until December 15, 1993. After that date,
upgrades will be available for $49. Additional information and technical
support will be available on the new Golden CommPass forum on CompuServe
by typing GO GCPSUPPORT at any CompuServe prompt.

Founded in 1984 and a privately-held company, Creative Systems Programming
