JAMES POND 3 - OPERATION STARFI5H

SAN MATEO, CA, November 22, 1993 - Electronic Arts (NASDAQ:ERTS) has
announced the release of James Pond 3 - Operation Starfi5h for the Sega
Genesis system Like the highly successful James Pond 1 and James Pond 2 -
Codename Robocod -- James has also previously starred in The Aquatic
Games.

There are four things you must know about James Pond:

1. He is a top-secret agent working for FI5H.
2. His arch-enemy is the evil Dr. Maybe.
3. He's a fish.
4. James Pond 3 - Operation Starfi5h is set to be James's biggest
and most exciting adventure yet as the trail of Dr. Maybe
   leads James to the moon.

The dastardly Dr. Maybe plans to monopolize the world's dairy-produce
market (his evil knows no bounds) by strip-mining the moon, which (as
everyone knows) is made of cheese. It's up to James armed with a brand new
range of secret-agent gadgets and weapons to stop him.

Suction boots, a fruit gun, x-ray specs, a jet-pack, spring boots and even
a cunning fruit disguise kit must all be utilized if James's mission is to
be successful. James can also enlist the help of his friend Finnius Frog
to jump to higher places or to get through smaller areas.

The emphasis is very much on fun as James encounters 40 wacky enemies in
his unfolding adventure. But don't let the outrageous characters and
James' comic capers fool you into thinking that mastering the unfolding of
his adventure will be easy. With over 100 levels of gravity-defying
action, packed with mounted guns and missile launchers, the trail of Dr.
Maybe is a dangerous one. There's more than enough challenge here to test
the most hardened gamesplayer, as well as enough character and comic
touches to delight James Pond fans everywhere.

Other features include a detailed FI5H map designed to help James track his
progress. Gamers can also earn more points by collecting the moon treasure
and valuable satellite pieces scattered over 100 levels.

James Pond 3 - Operation Starfi5h is due for release from Electronic Arts
in December 1993 with an MSRP of $49.99.
