MOSES COMPUTERS SHIPPING WORLD'S FIRST NETWORK-UPGRADABLE PRINTER SHARING
DEVICE

$179 Per Pair "MosesSPOOL! " Starter Kit Features All Hardware, Software
and Cabling To Share Printers Between 2 PC's--With Easy Upgradability to A
Full Peer-fo-Peer Network

November 15, 1993 - (COMDEX, LAS VEGAS) - Moses Computers, a leading
manufacturer of "plug and play" networks for the IBM-compatible personal
computer market, is now shipping MosesSPOOL!, a remarkably easy-to-use
"plug and play" printer sharing system which will let users easily upgrade
to a full-fledged Local Area Network (LAN) with the addition of extra
software only.

MosesSPOOL! marks the entry of Moses Computers, a leader in the
easy-to-use, peer-to-peer LAN market, into the $ 100 million printer
sharing market. "Our full-fledged entry-level network, MosesALL!, is
competitively priced to most printer sharing devices," said Berko. "It
made sense that we would eventually introduce a product that more
specifically targeted this large and growing market of home-based business
and small office users."

MosesSPOOL! contains all the hardware, software and cabling one needs to
connect two PC' s for printer-sharing purposes. As with all Moses
products, the cabling is standard telephone wire. Unlike most printer
sharing devices, which operate at speeds averaging 64,000 to 256,000 bits
per second, MosesSPOOL! transfers data across the wire at 2,000,000 bits
per second--the same speed as many Local Area Networks.

Moses officials predict that Moses SPOOL! will open up a completely new
channel of distribution to the company, namely that of traditional office
equipment stores. "Office equipment and supply dealers have been afraid to
carry Local Area Networks for many years, and rightly so, because of the
heavy support issues," said Berko. "The entire Moses line-up of
'plug-and-play' peer-to-peer networks and the new MosesSPOOL! printer
sharing system eliminate this concern."

All Moses products, including MosesSPOOL!, require no hardware jumper
settings, nor do they require the addition or configuration of any
external devices. All printer sharing selections are made through the
software. MosesSPOOL! also differs from many competing printer sharing
devices in that it uses no specialized transmitters, receivers,
multiplexers or other terminating devices. Moses uses a simple interface
card which is as easy to install as a simple joystick or I/O card--much
simpler than a modem or sound card.

"With MosesSPOOL!, there is one easy setup (the manual is only 12 pages
long), and everything works like clockwork from there," continued Berko.
"MosesSPOOL! retains network speeds, but gets rid of the network overhead.
It's the only system one needs to share printers, yet it's easily
upgradable when one wants to load programs between PC's, share files, send
E-mail and perform other true network tasks."

All Moses products are easily installed by the user, with no need for a
network consultant or integrator, and no hubbing, transmission repeating
or complex wiring issues. MosesSPOOL! takes the process one step further
than Moses networks by eliminating all software setup other than printer
sharing.

Only Printer Sharing Device With Full LAN Compatibility

Attaching the MosesSPOOL! directly to the PC's bus, instead of the parallel
port, makes it upwardly compatible to a full-blown network and eliminates
the slower performance and printer placement limitations inherent to
parallel port printer sharing devices. With MosesSPOOL!, users can place
printers at any PC and use them from any other PC, rather than placing all
printers in one physical location controlled by the transmitter, receiver
or printer sharing hub.

"No other printer sharing device, including models from ASP, Buffalo
Products, PC Interlink and Printmax, are able to be upgraded to a LAN
without losing one's entire investment in the system," noted Berko.

"With MosesSPOOL!, all software and cabling stays the same--you don't even
have to open the box again to upgrade," concluded Berko. "The simple
installation of a network program will switch the printer sharing system
to a true Local Area Network operating at 4,000,000 bits per second."

MosesSPOOL! can be upgraded to any of Moses' LAN products. These include
the company's flagship product, ChosenLAN, which can be expanded to a
network of 53 PC's; the popular PromiseLAN, which is also sold in bundles
with networkable application software titles by Paciolli, DacEasy and
Enable; company bestsellers MosesALL! and MosesALL! IV; and Moses' new
laptop-compatible MosesSWIFT! and MosesDOCK! "single-user" LAN systems.

MosesSPOOL! is now shipping for $179 MSRP per two-node starter kit, with
expected street prices of less than $125 to hook up two computers.
Additional nodes can be purchased for additional PC's, and an external
peripheral for printing from a laptop computer to a desktop PC will also
be made available.

Moses Computers will exhibit their full line of "plug and play" networks at
