Windows v1.0. On-Schedule for Windows uses advanced windows 3.1 features
including multiple selection, animated icons toolbars, Multiple Document
Interface (MDI), drag and drop between folders, right mouse click
technology, bitmaps data fields, user definable fields in most modules,
persistence, on-line advance help, WYSIWYG report generator, and the
Paradox for Windows file format.

On-Schedule for Windows is a powerful and complete Information Management
System behind a pleasingly simple interface. It provides you with a
flexible environment which allows you to customize and view your
information the way you work. Drag and Drop and many visual controls make
using On-Schedule a breeze. If you need to manage your information from a
centralized location, On-Schedule for Windows is the tool to keep you
organized.

On-schedule provides 7 modules to enhance productivity. The software
provides powerful contact management with phonelog tracking, scheduling,
alerts, to-do list manager, file Management, auto-dialer, WYSIWYG word
processor, and a WYSIWYG report generator.

Contact Manager 

Users can track an unlimited number of contacts and create virtually
unlimited contact data bases. Each database is displayed as a folder and
therefore easily accessible. Each contact has support for multiple
addresses, phone and fax numbers. Users can attach 32,000 characters of
notes per contact. Users can highlight one or more contacts, select a file
and then mail merge using On-Schedule's word processor, Microsoft Word for
Windows, or WordPerfect for Windows. Users can sort and search on any
field except notes and tag the contacts they refer to the most.

Agenda 

Users can view and print appointments daily, weekly, or monthly. Users can
look at any number of agenda views such as daily, weekly, monthly and
yearly views. Recurring events can be easily scheduled. The program will
automatically check for schedule conflicts and allows overlapping of
events. Users can reschedule appointments using drag and drop and set a
reminder with event information already filled-in. Users can attach 32,000
characters of notes to each appointment.

To-Do List Manager 

Users can prioritize tasks with three levels of priority. Users can delete
completed tasks with one mouse click. Overdue tasks will roll
automatically to the next day. Users can create multiple to-do lists and
view all of them at once. Users can attach 32,000 characters of notes to
each to-do. In Progress, Completed, or Overdue status is shown as an icon
in the list viewer providing visual feedback. To-do lists can be used as a
mini project manager.

Word Processor 

The WYSIWYG word processor provides sophisticated editing features such as
fonts, colors, styles, toolbars, and ruler support. Users can import ASCII
and RTF files.

File Management

Users can launch and log external documents such as Microsoft Word for
Windows or Microsoft Excel for Windows documents, from On-Schedule. Users
can keep track of their documents using detailed file description.

Alerts 

Users can set audio or visual alarms to remind themself of meetings. Users
can assign a bitmap to each alert to provide visual feedback about the
type of alert. Reschedule, snooze, or delete all alerts at once or one at
a time. Users can receive an alert notification upon program start-up from
any Windows or DOS application.

Report Generator 

A WYSIWYG report generator with bitmap support lets you create fancy custom
reports, labels and index cards. Users may preview a report prior to
printing.

On-Schedule for Windows retails for $99.95 and is available now through all
major retailers. A 32-Bit version of On-Schedule for Windows will be
