WINDOWS VERSION OF 4SITE AND NEW 4MOST RELEASE TO HIGHLIGHT 4i SOLUTIONS
AIIM EXHIBIT

LAKE FOREST, CA, March 7, 1994 -- 4i Solutions, Inc. a leading supplier of
image processing software for host-based systems applications, will
introduce a Windows version of its 4Site Seamless Integration TEchnique,
as well as an updated release of its 4Most Document Management software at
the 1994 AIIM Show, Booth #3334, in New York, April 18-21.

The new 4Site for Windows provides expanded features and increased
performance benefits that makes it easier for data processing users to
implement image enabled business applications within client/server or
host-based environments.

The Windows version of 4Site incorporates the same operations and
functionality as the DOS-based version but provides greater flexibility
under the Windows operating system via a DDE link between Windows-based
programs and the 4Site software. Any Windows DDE emulator application or
any host-based data processing application can be seamlessly integrated
without extensive program modifications or system performance degradation.
Using an existing application's database manager, access methods and
security procedures, 4Site for Windows enables users to view image data as
well as non-image data on a single workstation.

4Site image-enables applications running on any hardware platform and under
any operating system. Applications can be written in any programming
language. Image viewing, scanning, printing and faxing are controlled and
directed by existing host-resident or client/server data processing
applications.

4Most V1.2

4Most 1.2 allows users to image-enable their existing data processing
applications without software modifications or access to program source
code. Users can associate data by file type so that any file such as
spreadsheets and word processors can be presented by whatever program is
in use at a particular time. The user can then immediately and
automatically find, select, view, print, scan or input multiple documents,
specific pages or document folders at the same time from the same screen.

The new version of 4Most also features access to recognition servers for
handprint, machine print and barcode recognition, as well as a screen
scraper for DOS or Windows applications.

In addition, an innovative "requester" interface enables users to access
both text and image data from multiple networked database servers
throughout an enterprise or workgroup, regardless of the database
management system employed.

The new screen scraper feature permits any other application's text
information to be used as a search key. By entering a single keystroke or
mouse click, 4Most users, on demand, can lift the text from a given
application and execute a script defined by the user. The text area to
scrape can be defined as a specific screen area or text, following
user-defined keywords.

Pricing for 4Site for Windows is determined by resellers who seamlessly
integrate 4Site's imaging functions with their new or existing application
software. 4Most V1.2 pricing begins at under $2,000 for a basic archiving
and retrieval system.

Established in 1991, 4i Solutions is a privately-held company that develops
and markets a family of hardware-independent image processing software
products that can be integrated with any existing or new application
program.
