New HelpDesk Tool Announced

Atlanta On-Line Systems, Inc. has announced Version 4.0 of their Incident
Reporting System (IRPT). This problem management software is the latest
addition to their family of HELP DESK products.

According to the Marietta, GA. based company, this new IRPT will provide a
means to electronically enter, track and resolve problems in today's
complex system or network environments. Problems are automatically
escalated if not resolved within a preset time limit.

Assignment of resolution responsibility and assignee notification are also
automatic. Notification can even be through your current E-Mail system.
Linkage is provided to other vendors' software, such as abend aids,
network monitors, etc. This allows them to open Incident Reports
automatically.

All modules of the Help Desk Solution from Atlanta On-Line Systems will run
on mainframes, on LAN's, or on a single PC. They each operate
independently. However they will seamlessly interface, if installed
together.

Prices range from $2,500 to $9,500.
