John Naisbitt to Deliver Keynote Address at Folio's Infobase '94

PROVO, Utah, March 24, 1994 -- Folio Corporation today announced that John
Naisbitt will be the keynote speaker at its Infobase '94, The Infobase
Industry Conference, in Salt Lake city, Utah June 28-30, 1994. Naisbitt
will present the keynote address on Tuesday, June 28 during the opening
session of Infobase '94 which begins at 9:00 A.M. in Abravanel Hall, Salt
Lake city.

Naisbitt's internationally best-selling book, Megatrends, established him
as an expert on future trends. Megatrends was on The New York Times best
seller list for over two years; more than eight million copies have been
sold worldwide.

His new book, Global Paradox, offers a glimpse of the near-term future --
the winners and losers in the global marketplace; the sectors of growth
and stagnation in the world economy; and new rules that he says will
determine worldwide standards of political and business behavior.

According to Bill Bennett, Folio's vice president of sales and marketing,
"In his keynote address, John Naisbitt will focus on current trends,
including those that affect technology decision makers. Naisbitt's unique
insight will provide a valuable roadmap for Conference attendees who for
the most part are the technology decision makers within their
organizations. His expertise will help guide those who want to create the
effectively engineered business processes needed for success through this
decade and beyond."

Growth of Folio and Its Infobase Technology

Since shipping its first product in 1989, Folio has become the leading
supplier of infobase technology software to corporate and commercial
markets. Folio is now experiencing significant growth and recognition
nationally and internationally. Sales doubled in 1993 following the
release of Folio VIEWS 3.0, a showcase example of infobase technology
designed for electronic publishing applications.

Large companies including Aetna Life and Casualty save millions of dollars
annually by replacing frequently-updated printed materials (such as
underwriters' manuals) with Folio VIEWS infobases that deliver information
electronically via computers. Organizations that now use Folio VIEWS
include Chase Manhattan Bank, Ernst & Young, Deloitte & Touche, the
American Bar Association, the Environmental Protection Agency, the United
Nations Inter-Agency Procurement Services Office, Novell, Inc., Banyan
Systems, PowerSoft Corp., WordPerfect Corp. and many others.

Folio VIEWS infobases are used to deliver large amounts of frequently
referenced mission critical information to knowledge workers who rely on
the information to answer customer needs. Folio VIEWS is used to create
electronic books, reports and manuals for customer service applications
including help desks, sales support, and litigation support. In addition,
Folio VIEWS has been used by more than 135 publishers to create over 1,000
commercially published titles available on CD ROM or diskette.
