Froggman Software's Latest Game Bumps Pinball Into 21st Century

Pinball 2000 combines traditionalist feel with high-tech features

CORAL GABLES, FLORIDA (March 15, 1994) - Froggman Software, Inc. today
announced the release of its eighth game, Pinball 2000. Froggman
Software's latest game is a digitized classical reproduction of authentic
game room pinball with all the sights, sounds and highspeed flipper
action. Pinball 2000 is for MS DOS and has a Suggested Retail Price of
$14.95.

"Pinball 2000 is so realistic on-screen, you'll be looking for the coin
insert," said Sue Curner, president of Froggman Software. The game has the
flipper finesse and realistic ball motion of the real thing without the
$.25 cost to play each game."

Pinball 2000 offers two challenging machines: Graveyard and Rocket. In
Graveyard you shoot targets like the R.I.P. bonus multiplier, in a church
graveyard setting, with eerie, horror music as you try to keep your head
above ground-level. In Rocket, you're the astronaut and control the shiny
steel ball as it skyrockets to the outer-depths of the solar-system only
to return as fast as you launched it. Shoot for space, fuel, and time warp
targets on top of a life-like astronomical background.

You don't have to be a pinball wizard to enjoy Pinball 2000. A player only
has to master four keys. The two shift keys act as the left and right
flippers, the down arrow key doubles as the plunger, releasing the ball,
and the space bar serves as the nudge key. But be careful with the space
bar, one irregular tap will activate the tilt message and paralyze your
flippers as you lose play of the ball.

Pinball 2000 offers smooth vertical scrolling over three screens. As the
action quickens, the screens scrolling also quickens to keep pace with the
speed of the ball. Pinball 2000 offers all the features of traditional
pinball including bumper and ricochet action with ramps, rails, kickers
and drop holes. You can even hold the ball with the flipper to increase
your flipping accuracy.

The all-time top four scores are stored in a database and available for
viewing purposes with just a tap of the space bar. Pinball 2000 is great
for parties, office breaks, or rainy days. Up to eight people can play at
the same time to compete for the best score.

Pinball 2000 is designed for both today's high powered computers or later
models. The basic requirements include PC or MS DOS 3.30 or higher with
640 kilobytes and at least 530 kilobytes of free space. A 286-20 or higher
computer, 3.5" drive, and VGA is required. ADLIB and SoundBlaster sound
cards are optional. Froggman Software is a division of Expert Software,
Inc. Froggman Software donates a portion of the proceeds from the sale of
each game to The Herpetologist League (an international organization
dedicated to furthering the knowledge of amphibians and reptiles) in an
effort to combat world-wide amphibian and reptile extinction. For consumer
