FUTURELABS UNVEILS INNOVATIVE REFERRAL PROGRAM

TALKShow 2.0 Users Get Paid to Use Unlimited Guest Licenses

Los Altos, California, January 19, 1994 -- FutureLabs Inc., the first to
offer unlimited guest licenses free to it's desktop document conference
users, announced another industry first: TALKShow 2.0 users ("hosts") can
earn a rebate for every "guest" that chooses to purchase TALKShow.

TALKShow 2.0 allows a user to host an on-line conference with someone who
does not own TALKShow through a unique guest license agreement. If the
guest then decides to purchase the program, the conference "host" will
receive a $20 rebate check from Future Labs.

TALKShow is a desktop document conferencing software package for Windows
which makes remote desktop conferencing more akin to a live meeting. The
program is so easy to use that guests do not need a manual. Any tutorial
help they need during the conference is available through on-line help
screens. The guest license can be downloaded to a "guest" or sent on
diskette prior to the conference call. The license allows the guest to use
all of TALKShow's capabilities. The guest license capability is available
for as long as the host owns TALKShow 2.0.

The referral rebate program is available for the first 90 days after the
"host" registers. When a guest completes the order form provided, the host
is sent a $20 referral rebate check within 60 days.

"FutureLabs is the first in the software industry to offer a referral
rebate program," stated John Chua, President of FutureLabs. "We believe
this rebate program and our guest licensing policy are features that will
assist our customers by widening their communications capabilities and
giving them a small financial benefit. TALKShow users are able to hold
desktop conferences with any Windows PC user regardless of whether they
own a copy of TALKShow or not. This makes it possible for TALKShow
customers to communicate with anyone, anywhere at anytime."

Users can communicate effortlessly from the comfort and convenience of
their own desk. This software package reduces the need to meet in person
and allows immediate reviews and feedback instead of multiple fax
documents. The package supports TCP/IP and IPX, thus enabling it to be
used for corporate desktop conferencing over wide area networks (WANs),
and with people in locations all around the world. Utilizing a modem on
standard telephone lines, LAN/WAN network, or ISDN line, TALKShow allows
multiple users to simultaneously review, discuss, annotate and update
changes on TALKShow's whiteboard.
