ARIS ENTERTAINMENT ANNOUNCES WINTUTOR 3.1

Windows Tutorial To be Bundled with MPC Wizard 2.0 and WorldView for
$29.95

March 1, 1994 -- (INTERMEDIA, SAN JOSE)--Aris Entertainment has announced
WinTutor 3.1, a multimedia tutorial CD-ROM for Windows 3.1. Initially,
WinTutor will be sold in a promotional bundle with two of Aris' other best
selling CD-ROM titles, the MPC Wizard 2.0 and WorldView. The MPC Wizard
2.0 has been consistently in the top ten in CD-ROM unit sales since its
release, while World View was a Multimedia World 's 1993 Reader's Choice
winner.

Aris will offer the entire bundle for $29.95. Separately, MPC Wizard 2. 0
and WorldView retail for $14.95 and $39.95 respectively. After the
promotion, WinTutor will retail for $39.95.

"Multimedia tutorial disks are a wonderful educational tool," says Diane
Heppting, co-founder of Aris Entertainment. "WinTutor will allow users to
interact while they learn, which has proven to be far more effective than
simply reading the manual. And our value pricing essentially gives the
user two other best selling titles for free."

WinTutor 3.1 is divided into 10 easy-to-use interactive lessons. WinTutor
begins with a course introduction that describes the educational value of
the series and then moves into mastering the basics of Windows. Aris
Entertainment also is planning to release an update when the long awaited
"Chicago" Windows 4.0 version is released in the Fall of 1994.

The WinTutor course outline is equivalent to two days of hands-on classroom
training, and is designed to allow the user to work at his or her own
pace. The lessons progressively get more advanced, each carrying the end
user through an audio/visual simulation session.

Every lesson finishes with a quiz- and a practice session. The quiz
consists of multiple choice and true/false questions. The practice session
invites the user to embark on a hands-on journey of their Windows system.

The accompanying titles in the bundle include some of Aris' hottest
sellers. MPC Wizard 2. 0 combines 100 MB of Windows 3.1 video and sound
drivers, plus an extensive collection of multimedia clips. WorldView is a
rich collection of 100 color photographs taken by NASA in outer space and
new age music. WorldView also includes 25 nm-time; videos using the
SuperMac CinePak compression/decompression technology or MPEG full-motion,
full-screen video.
