EMD Enterprises Introduces New Virus Protection/Security System For
Personal Computers

EMD Armor Plus Provides Total Computer Security

Glen Rock, PA, May 6, 1994 -- EMD Enterprises today introduced EMD Armor
Plus, a total anti-virus and security system for IBM compatible personal
computers. EMD Armor Plus provides unparalleled protection utilizing
hardware and software based technology to guard against existing and
future virus infections, block unauthorized users, and safeguard data
stored on the hard drive.

Working at the very basic system level, EMD Armor Plus initiates a virus
search at boot up when other packages are most vulnerable, and
continuously monitors for activities that suggest the presence of a virus.
To block unauthorized users from gaining access to an unattended PC, EMD
Armor Plus utilizes a BIOS level password protection scheme. Additional
security is provided via a hard disk locking mechanism that protects data
on the hard drive even if EMD Armor Plus is removed from the system.

EMD Armor Plus offers this comprehensive level of protection without using
any conventional memory, thereby maintaining the maximum available space
for computer applications.

"EMD Armor Plus is a total security system for the personal computer," said
Enrico DePaolis, Managing Director for EMD Enterprises. "By combining
