ARTISOFT NODERUNNER/SI ADAPTERS RECEIVE NOVELL LABS CERTIFICATION

NodeRunner/SI 2000/C, 2000/T, 2000/A Adapters Certified

(TUCSON, AZ - April 25,1994) - Artisoft, Inc. announced today that its
NodeRunner/SI 2000/C, 2000/T and 2000/A Ethernet adapters and workstation
and 32-bit server software drivers have successfully completed the Novell
Labs certification testing to become "NetWare Tested and Approved"
products. This certification promotes compatibility between the
NodeRunner/SI adapters and the NetWare v3.12 and v4.01 network operating
systems.

"The excellent buyer recognition factor that is associated with the Novell
Labs certification will help to enhance the fact that we are providing
quality, cost-effective adapters for NetWare environments," said Artisoft
Vice President of Engineering Sunil Padiyar. "We view this certification
as another way to build upon our relationship with Novell."

The software-configurable NodeRunner/SI adapters are in 100 percent
compliance with the IEEE 802.3 Ethernet standard, include 32K on-board
buffer RAM, autosense between 8- and 16-bit slots and accept a variety of
cable types, from thick and thin coax to 10BASE-T. These NE2000-compatible
adapters include NDIS and ODI drivers, providing support for a wide range
of industry leading network operating systems.

Novell Labs, located in Provo, Utah, is a testing division of Novell, Inc.
devoted to testing and certifying third-party hardware and software for
compatibility with NetWare products. The NetWare Tested and Approved logo
is earned by hardware and software products that have passed rigorous
testing by Novell. Novell Labs technicians test each Tested and Approved
product with all shipping versions of the NetWare operating system and
with other Novell products.
