TGV ANNOUNCES DEMONSTRATION OF ITS FORTHCOMING TCP/IP STACK FOR WINDOWS AT
NETWORLD + INTEROP 94

TGV's Mission-Critical TCP/IP Stack Will be the Core Technology of MultiNet
for Windows to be Introduced Third Quarter 1994

SANTA CRUZ, Calif., April 25, 1994 - TGV, Inc. announced today that it will
demonstrate at Network World + Interop 94 its forthcoming TCP/IP stack for
Windows, which will enable Windows users to deploy mission-critical
functionality and performance for sharing files in heterogeneous
environments. Network World + Interop 94 will be held in Las Vegas, May
2-6.

TGV's stack is the core TCP/IP technology for MultiNet for Windows, a
product scheduled for introduction in the third quarter of 1994 that will
incorporate all the mission-critical functionality of TGV's MultiNet
product family for Digital Equipment Corp. VAX and AXP computers. TGV's
MultiNet for Windows stack is built around the Virtual Device Driver (VxD)
specification, a high-performance, 32-bit multiplexing device driver that
manages data exchanges between Windows applications and system services.

"Our new Windows stack demonstrates TGV's unique scalability in taking the
functions and features of our VAX products to the Windows platform," said
Craig Conway, president and CEO of TGV. "This Windows stack leverages our
highly scalable architecture. The scalability and modularity of our
bullet-proof will find it nearly impossible to scale their products
upwards. Since corporate users are migrating en masse from their
proprietary network protocols to TCP/IP, TGV will be the only independent
provider of TCP/IP to offer mission-critical functionality, performance
and technical support."

As the largest independent provider of TCP/IP to the VAX market, TGV will
bring to Windows users an inventory of industrial-strength features such
as enterprise-wide auto discovery and configuration, unlimited addressing,
load balancing, tape back-up management, robust security and advanced
diagnostics.

TGV, Inc. is the leading independent provider of mission-critical TCP/IP
connectivity software. TGV created the first TCP/IP software for Digital
