CLEAR ORG CHARTS FOR WINDOWS CREATES ORGANIZATIONAL CHARTS AUTOMATICALLY

NEWTON, MA, March 11, 1994 -- CLEAR Software, Inc. today announced CLEAR
Org Chart for Windows. This product provides a unique environment for
orgcharting large, rapidly changing organizations. With CLEAR OrgCharts,
the user outlines the organization in the built-in text editor. Then, this
information is instantly transformed into presentation-quality
organizational charts, work breakdown structures and hierarchical trees.
The charts are created automatically and the user doesn't have to draw a
single line.

Modeled after the company's popular allCLEAR flowcharting software, CLEAR
Org Charts for Windows was designed for organizations that need to quickly
and easily document and communicate corporate hierarchy. At IBM Australia
Limited, System Integration teams use CLEAR OrgCharts together with
project management tools to develop tasks, responsibilities and
deliverable time tables. This information is then analyzed to help make
project proposal decisions.

"CLEAR OrgCharts for Windows was designed to take full advantage of all the
capabilities of the Windows platform," said Vadim Yasinovsky, the
President of CLEAR Software, Inc. "Users edit the text description in one
window and see the changes to the chart reflected immediately in another
window on the screen. Any chart, regardless of its size or complexity, can
be updated within a matter of seconds with the ease of editing or deleting
a block of text in a word processor. This is critical in today's
competitive business environment, with companies reorganizing, and
restructuring more frequently."

CLEAR OrgCharts for Windows can translate information directly from
spreadsheets, word processor documents, and databases into org charts,
allowing the users to instantly chart organizations described in these
existing files. The new product includes over 100 shapes, affords complete
customization of text, lines, shapes, diagram layouts, styles and
rotations. lt also allows the addition of freestanding text, lines and
images.

CLEAR OrgCharts for Windows requires an IBM PC AT or compatible computer
(286 and higher); Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher; a Windows-compatible
