Delrina Joins With Comwave To Deliver New Fax Broadcast Service for PC
Users Across Europe

LONDON, UK and TORONTO, CANADA -- March 14, 1995 -- Delrina (UK)
Corporation the makers of WinFax, the world's most popular fax software,
today announced an agreement with Comwave Communications AG, to provide a
European fax broadcast service for PC users. The service enables WinFax
users to send hundreds of facsimile messages virtually simultaneously, to
any fax machine or device anywhere in the world. The service is offered
with Delrina WinFax PRO 4.0 and the Delrina Communications Suite and will
be available in June 1995.

"This is an important step for Delrina in Europe," said Larry Levy,
European managing director. "People need the flexibility to communicate
quickly and cost effectively and Fax Broadcast will enable PC users in the
UK, France, Germany and Switzerland to achieve this goal. Delrina is
aggressively developing fax, voice, paging and data messaging services,
and integrating them with its complete line of communications software."

"We are pleased to link up with Delrina because of the synergy between the
two organizations," said Peter Bollmann, managing director of Comwave. "It
allows us to tap into a market that would have been prohibitive for us to
develop using traditional sales and marketing channels. On the other hand,
Delrina gains immediate access to an unparalleled set of features and
functionality for enhanced fax services."

The Fax Broadcast service is built into WinFax. To send a fax, the user
simply selects the document they wish to fax, along with the list of
recipients from the WinFax phonebook. The document, along with the list of
recipients is immediately uploaded to the service. The service then
broadcasts to hundreds of recipients virtually simultaneously. Users can
then receive a report to verify that the faxes have been delivered.

Users can schedule their broadcast fax for immediate delivery, or at a
predetermined time to take advantage of off-peak rates. The Fax Broadcast
Service offers significant savings over standard rates offered by national
operators. For example, users can save around 14% when faxing to EC
countries, up to 25% to the US and 21% to Japan. Customers register
on-line and are given a unique access number.
