Delrina Ships FormFlow Software Development Kit for Corporate Developers
and VARs

Customers and VARs Can Integrate Delrina FormFlow+s Powerful Forms
Processing Capabilities into Applications Developed With C++ or Visual
Basic

SAN JOSE, CA and TORONTO, ONT -- March 17, 1995 -- Delrina Corporation
(NASDAQ:DENAF, TSE:DC), the world leader in electronic forms processing,
today announced the immediate availability of the Delrina FormFlow
Software Development Kit (SDK). The FormFlow SDK allows developers to
incorporate electronic forms features into their new or existing
applications. Users can quickly and easily add the powerful database
connectivity, e-mail integration and forms routing capabilities of
FormFlow to their enterprise-wide client server applications. The SDK
offers more than 300 external calls specific to the Visual Basic and C++
programming languages, and includes an API (Applications Programming
Interface) for e-mail, fax, and data messaging, sample code, and extra
utilities such as a forms auditor. The SDK is tailored to a wide range of
developers, including Delrina corporate and government customers and
Delrina Strategic Solution Partners. The suggested retail price for the
complete SDK is only $249 ($349 Cdn).

The mail API allows users to create a Dynamic Link Library (DLL) that will
integrate FormFlow functionality with their particular mail system. This
is particularly useful since many corporate mail systems are not MAPI, VIM
or MHS compliant, which FormFlow supports natively, but unique systems
that have been "home grown". The SDK also includes documentation in an
electronic Rich Text File (.RTF) format which users can cut and paste to
suit their unique application. If users would like to see a finished
application before they start as a guide for their own application
building, they can check the sample working applications and examples of
each API call to FormFlow that are included. The forms auditor lets users
generate a text document from a form, outlining such field information as
database and fill data. With the FormFlow SDK, users also receive Delrina
WinComm PRO on-line communication software and the Delrina WinFax PRO
Phonebook Server API. Through WinComm PRO developers can contact Delrina's
technical support or other FormFlow users via the Delrina forum on
CompuServe. The WinFax PRO Phonebook Server API allows users to merge
their database information directly into the WinFax phonebook.

"Since no workflow solution is completely turnkey, it is important for
companies to be able to customize and refine a given process to best fit
their specific needs. This includes working with existing applications,"
said Karl Wong, Principal Analyst, PC & Workgroup Software, at Dataquest.
"By providing the necessary Visual Basic and C interfaces through the low
cost FormFlow SDK, Delrina is lowering the barriers and making workflow
computing more of a reality."

Connecticut Mutual has implemented Delrina FormFlow in their customer
service centers and for human resources applications. They have been using
the FormFlow SDK for six months. "The SDK lets us develop forms
applications in languages of our choice such as Visual Basic and C++,"
said Peg Hubner, Manager, Command Center Utilities -- Client Server
Engineering, Connecticut Mutual. "It also allows us to integrate
electronic forms capabilities into our existing applications. With the
FormFlow SDK, we are able to develop new applications and add features to
existing applications in days, that would otherwise take months. Because
of the product+s native support for e-mail systems and databases, it saves
us a great deal of development time."

Delrina Strategic Solution Partners are using the SDK to develop everything
from enterprise wide corporate solutions like that of Connecticut Mutual
to shrink-wrapped products for vertical markets. "We have been using the
alpha and beta versions of the FormFlow SDK for nine months and have found
it indispensable in the development of our shrink-wrapped product, EILA
[Electronic Immigration Lawyers Assistant]," said Ben Payami, Product
Development Manager at Multimedia Abacus, a Delrina Strategic Solution
Partner. "We are so pleased with the beta version of the SDK that our EILA
product is now shipping, at the same time as Delrina+s official release of
the development kit. In fact, we are planning to release two to three new
sister products in the next six months because our user interface is
already completed." Matthew Bender & Co., the legal entity and subsidiary
of Times Mirror Company, is publishing and marketing EILA to law offices
and immigration attorneys.

"The SDK is a bridge between the forms and workflow capabilities of Delrina
FormFlow and our own application development. We were able to use Visual
Basic and C when required and we easily integrated the database
functionality of dBase, supported by FormFlow. The messaging API included
in the SDK allowed us to develop our own e-mail capabilities in EILA,"
said Mr. Payami. "The SDK has given us the ultimate in development tools
for forms functionality and has allowed our development staff to produce a
shrink-wrapped product in less than half the time it would have taken with
a non-forms development tool like PowerBuilder."

"We feel it is necessary to provide an affordable set of tools to further
assist the development efforts of our customers and Strategic Solution
Partners", said Teddy Rosenberg, general manager, Delrina Forms business
unit. "Everything they can do in FormFlow, including database lookup
lists, workflow routing of forms through e-mail, field calculations, and
all the intelligence of the electronic form, can now be accessed in C or
Visual Basic applications. While FormFlow IFL (Intelligent Forms Language)
fulfills the software development requirements of many developers, others
require the ability to add forms functionality to the applications they+ve
already developed in Visual Basic or C."

"We found the forms auditor particularly useful to our forms management
activities," said Derek MacEwen, Chief Information Policy, Veteran
Affairs. "If someone in Veteran Affairs requests specific information,
using the forms auditor we can quickly determine whether or not a form
already exists to satisfy their requirements."

The FormFlow SDK is currently available directly from Delrina for $249
($349 Cdn) and includes one year of free expanded technical support, a new
level of developer support exclusively for FormFlow SDK users. This
expanded support provides product updates and upgrades and access to a
special developer+s section of the Delrina CompuServe Forum, where
customers can post questions to Delrina Technical Support or have open
discussions with other developers. Access to Delrina+s Knowledge Base
featuring such information as technical notes and marketing collateral is
also available. The renewal fee for expanded technical support is only $99
($129 Cdn) per year.

About Delrina FormFlow

Delrina FormFlow allows users to leverage their existing technology
investments to automate business processes. With FormFlow 1.1 users with
little or no programming experience can quickly create sophisticated forms
applications with conditional routing and deploy them across their
organization using their e-mail systems. The result is automation of
business processes that takes weeks, not months.

Delrina FormFlow has been ranked by the editors of PC Magazine as the
premier forms-based application creation environment for automating
workflow (Editors Choice, June 1994) and the best forms processing
software by the editors of PC Magazine and InfoWorld (Editors Choice,
March 1994/InfoWorld, May 1994). Last October, Delrina FormFlow received
the 1994 Enterprise Technology Award from the readers of Network World for
the enterprise forms product that works best in a multi-vendor
environment.
