AMS NAMED AS NOVELL ENTERPRISE CONSULTING PARTNER

Fairfax, VA -- American Management Systems (AMS) announced today that it
has been chosen by Novell, Inc. to be among the company's select group of
worldwide Enterprise Consulting Partners. This agreement affords partners
priority access to Novell's technical, marketing and sales resources. The
partnership will enhance AMS's ability to incorporate networking
technology into comprehensive client/server systems. In addition, AMS will
be able to integrate long-term networking strategies into business
solutions for clients worldwide.
