AUTOMOBILE LIVE DEBUTS ON COMPUSERVE

NEW YORK, MAY 23, 1995 -- Automobile enthusiasts who are willing to swap a
spin in the car for an occasional trip into cyberspace can now use their
personal computers to talk cars and get the latest information on
everything from new models to race dates.
Automobile Live, the online version of Automobile Magazine, is now
available to the more than three-million members of the CompuServe
Information Service.

In addition to full-text articles and photographs from current issue of the
magazine, Automobile Live (GO AUTOLIVE) provides interactive features and
content designed to take advantage of the online medium. These include
weekly news updates, auto-show and racing calendars, reader polls and live
conferences with automotive personalities.

"As an enthusiast magazine, we attract an extremely involved and motivated
audience," said John Baroody, Automobile Magazine marketing director.
"Because they're already an interactive group, it seemed natural to extend
those opportunities by creating an online version. We're also hoping to
broaden our readership by exposing our unique editorial focus -- an
emphasis on the lifestyle aspects of cars and driving -- to millions of
CompuServe members."

Key components of Automobile Live include:

Automobile Magazine -- Members can read selected feature articles from the
current issue of the monthly magazine. Photographs can be viewed online or
downloaded by members using the CompuServe Information Manager graphical
interface. A separate Letters to the Editor section encourages members to

other automotive topics with other members and with the editorial staff by
posting messages in the appropriate section. The message sections include
Hot Cars, Race Talk, Tech Talk, Vintage Stuff, Trip Notes and Car Buying
Talk. The forum libraries include exclusive weekly news updates posted by
Detroit editor Paul Lienert, as well as photos and travel advice. The
forum also hosts live conferences with the magazine's editors, industry
experts and other automotive celebrities.

Who, When Where -- This area provides a directory of racing and
high-performance driving schools, as well as up-to-date calendars of auto
shows, races and other events.

Interrogation Room -- Members can participate in polls, submit questions
for upcoming celebrity interviews and read transcripts of previous
interviews.

Buyer's Guide -- This guide includes Automobile Magazine's reviews of every
